Also, please note that we can review your case individually if you provide us with the member's ID and more details. So we can double-check the verification of such a member.

Their profiles are not confirmed unless we verify their ID and background. Our regional partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, and that the user you look at in the profile pictures is the person you are corresponding with.
