GTA is a violent game I played all of them you steal cars complete missions and some may be inappropriate your aloud to kill people(this means woman too) but you end up getting shot and killed by the Police and there is guns and stuff. I suggest you have your son not play it because he is to young.

I'm just confused why Rockstar bands people for cheating but doesn't do anything to the people that call others $#*!s. One day I wish I could work for such a $#*! company, Rockstar doesn't even deserve one star I'm going to make it my job to keep cheating and ruining your game just like you ruin other people's lives

I remember playing GTA games with friends, alone at home, at playstation and internet cafes back in the day, it was a good childhood and youth. Definitely brings back some memories.

As a consumer, I Think Rockstar Games Stinks. Actually, All videogames are a WASTE OF TIME. It is Mental Mind manipulation of Brainwashing, and Tracking Conduct, like CIA or Facebook. I won't be Playing Any Rockstar Videogames or Other Videogames or Videogame Consoles ever again. Thank You

They Banned my account because some washed up men, and jealous kids complained I have everything - due to Hard Work! Even though they used BOTS to Harass and Report me Online.

The game itself is good and has a great potential, but it's administration and some of it's players is the problem. Rockstar Games administration, support or whatever that is doesn't care about problem known as modders and cheaters. Their policy says they are against cheating yet every public session has at least one modder, which makes CEO missions unplayable and sadly they won't make these missions available in closed sessions. Yet still, despite of that, you can enjoy the game, if you play it with right players, but you should avoid players who pretends to be very nice and understanding friends, because most of them are liars and bullies who will tell lies about you behind your back, if you will trust them too much and tell them personal details about you, If you will stay in closed session and won't discuss with people you don't know from real life stuff which has nothing to do with the game, then you could get a decent gaming experience, despite of issues with modders and game glitches. But if you will stay in public session and will trust too much people you don't even know in real life, then there's a high chance your gaming experience will be ruined and you will end up disappointed that you were nice and helpful.

I love multiplayer parts of games. Few times i like playing single player campaigns in games. GTAV started out very bad for multiplayer. Took many years and now it is good now. Sadly they released Red dead redemption 2. Waited until multiplayer came out to play itand it was just plain bad. It is not worth 60 dollars if you only buy it for multiplayer. After about 7+ months we had a great update for red dead and made new friends during this new content. So i would say rockstar games multiplayer tend to start out bad and takes about 8 years to get really good. They tend to get money greedy at times, but most other game companies are the same way. At least rockstar does not put everything behind a loot box like most games. When the license term to make star wars games come up after EA term is done, i hope rockstar buys it. With their great open world maps i think they make a great star wars game.

For the star rating, minus one since they tend to release content slow at times. Can't wait to see future content and new games like gta 6. This company is great. Kind of wondering what this bully 2 game is coming out. Since in schools and tv shows, commercials say to stop bullying and to stick up for each other.

Rockstar can ban you at random; I have been a loyal GTA Online player for almost 10 years, since the game got released. I have bought the game multiple times, on PC, Playstation, for family members, etc. I have NEVER ONCE modded or even played with modders as I always play by myself, and yet I still got banned.

What happens if I try to contact Rockstar Support?
First of all, it's almost impossible to get in touch with them to begin with as they desperately try to avoid giving you the chance to send a ticket - instead, they will attempt giving you "related articles" that do not help at all.

Secondly, if you do get in contact with Rockstar, you are almost guaranteed to never get a response from an actual human. It is only auto generated responses over and over and over again.

And if you get banned even by a badly working anti-cheat system, they still won't unban you because "their decision is final".

Worst company I have ever been in contact with; they don't care at all about their customers, not even those who have played their games for thousands of hours, grinding and having fun.

I am never again going to buy a Rockstar game, and everyone I know will be advised the same. Make sure you don't waste your money on shark cards ingame either; they'll still ban you and not care.

The customer service is shockingly bad. I contacted Rockstar to change my email because my old email no longer exists, I could no longer authenticate, so I could not log in. I was asked questions, answered promptly. More questions, neatly answered. And also correct. Next they wanted to see serial keys. You will not get this, games purchased in the Xbox Store are directly linked to your account and do not need to be activated. I told them this too. I was able to prove that I was the rightful owner, I sent photos of the invoices and purchase date. They wanted to know the start date of Xbox Live, I also had an invoice of that with the date. My address, name, everything is on it. I even sent a photo of my ID. Suddenly I get an email that they cannot verify that I am the owner, ticket closed, no solution. That'll make your pants drop. I also couldn't create a new account with my own nickname because it "was already in use". Later I suddenly realized that my Xbox account was linked to Social Club. I opened Red dead redemption on the xbox and through that game I could surf to social club. Apparently you are never logged out if your Xbox account is linked. That's how I got into my account and unfortunately I still couldn't change my email or delete the account, but I did adjust my nickname and bio with a special message for Rockstar, and unlinked my Xbox account. Then I created a new account with the correct email address and my own nickname (wich was available again cause I changed the nickname in the old account) and linked the Xbox account again. You don't lose anything on game progression. But customer service is really bizarrely bad, they are only there to harass and bully you. They got the wrong person. 1 star is still too much.
