They suck the money out of there customers with micro transactions and then break the game very other week so people cant use it without game crash or lag outs from there vanguard anti cheat they penalize and restrict game play if you dont play the whole game so they manufacture your downtime bans with there errors

Promotes racism and hatred under the name of 'tilting tilt proof" for their players, does unfair match up with first win of the game logic, riot vanguard scans all private files as well, under the name of preventing cheating

I've never experienced worse customer service than I have with RIOT Company. Their support team takes forever to respond, and when they do, it feels like they just don't care. I've had multiple issues with their games, and each time, I was given vague, unhelpful responses or ignored entirely. It's clear that RIOT has no interest in addressing the concerns of its users, and they'd rather focus on making money than actually supporting the people who play their games. It's frustrating, and I'll be taking my time and money elsewhere.

Owned by tencent or whatever the company is only focused on profits and it a selfish company. They only care about profits and all their games are made to make you spend money on useless $#*!. Legend of runeterra is especially bad with the same with their other game matchmaking where they make it bad on purpose for money. Don't play a riot game and is carried by their lore.

The state of League of Legends in the year 2024 is just absolutely pathetic. The new elo/matchmaking changes make the game LITERALLY unplayable. Let me explain. Im a new player, made myself a new account as you should. After a few wins and losses (like 10 wins, 8loses) the que times became UNGODLY. Remember these are normal games, which you have to grind in order to level up your accout. Even after i selected both of the PRIORITY ROLES and the estimated time to wait was 1:28. I have been waiting for a game more than 13 $#*!ING MINUTES, and no game was ever found. So i was like ok probably just a bad day to play the game. But no i have been trying to level up my account this whole week and the situation didnt change at all. 10 minutes+ of waiting, just to rage quit and uninstall this $#*! load of $#*!. I am never coming back to this piece of dog$#*!. This game is a huge waste of time, just by playing it. Imagine how much of a $#*!ing waste of time it is while you are waiting in an infinite que not being able to play at all. And no i dont have any screenshots or videos, because i got so $#*!ing angry, i just deleted everything riot related from my computer. So yeah, to sum it all up, riot is a piece of $#*! company that doesnt value the people that play their terrible, $#*!ty games. Dont waste your time with League or Valorant. Both of those game suck big fat $#*!. And dont you ever send your money to them. These riot losers have to go bankrupt and homeless. $#*! them to hell and $#*! them to oblivion, every single one of those whores. Peace!

If you work for Valorant please kill yourself, i hate you personally, i hate your game and most importantly i hate the environment you set. You remove all the good maps, nerf the good guns and agents, and i cant even be racist. If i could choose to never let anyone play this game again i would, if i had a button that bombed the serves, i would press it.

Makes not playable games full of trolls, afkers and people who i managed to install this game by some kind of miracle because they do not know whats happening around them

Not sure how developers can be this incompetent, it's as if they've never played their own game. I'd be amazed to see any of the devs above the very first level of skill.

I mean as you can see, they have so many 1 star reviews already.
Their games are extremely toxic and nothing is done about it.
Their ranked systems are always way off, so whats the point of playing their games competitivley? (their is no point).
They reward toxic players by allowing them to continue to report others that they flame all game for talking back to them.
Their servers are really really low end and bad.

This is suppost to be a gaming company. And they are bad at everything a company should try to be great at, they love to shove skins and new heroes down your neck at every chance they get though LOL

First of all, when your account gets hacked somehow, they are fairly quick to get your account back.

After that, your account got banned by the hacker due inappropiate things they did. They wont reverse the actions of the hacker, eventhough they can clearly see that it was on another IP adres. Then they proceed to say they have communicated to me regarding the investigation. When I checked, it didnt say anything. From that moment no more mails from them. 0/10 rating

The company makes so much money and they provide no service at all. My son has a account that he spent so much money on and someone hack it, it's been 6 month I sent couple messages with no reply and the account was lock. Here's the latest one it say 24hour someone will get back still nothing So all the money we spent before wasted for nothing!

I have never been so disrespected by a game customer service in my life. Their games, including League of Legends, literally ban you from playing the game if you're not good enough at the game. They allow any player to report and subsequently ban any other player for any reason. 1st report = 2 week suspension, 2nd report = lifetime ban! DO NOT spend ANY actual money on anything from their shop, you will have wasted it all when your account eventually gets banned.

Don't install anything these clowns offer you can't remove their corrupt programs unless you go into c drive and individually remove... Really?

It fails to promote high-skill players based on individual performance so much so that if you are stuck in the lower elo hells it is next to impossible to get out of it with just solo queue. Good performing individuals are matched with no care players in order to limit their win rate. This is not only frustrating but also promotes smurfing. On the other hand it has an almost dictator-like policy for communication. It monitors everything said and written and criticism of any kind with addition of a single slang is penalized to the heaviest. Mass reportings are favoured heavily rather than accurate reporting. Valorant is deep pit of despair.

Full of false promises, lies and deception. Justifies their actions based on nonexistent statistics they aren't willing to show.

This company is just full of pure greed. Extremely lazy. Cuts corners whenever possible. Zero hope in these guys to deliver anything half-decent.

Customer service and their support team are just filled with bots. They can't even have real people solve their tickets.

All their divisions are completely delusional. Their only saving grace has been their art team (which imo has gone downhill a lot recently), and Riot is even showing signs that they're trying to replace their artists with AI because that's the greedy lazy option.

Will personally never buy any products or services from this company going forward. They're filthy rich but clearly the money is not going into improving their products, but rather in the pockets of the CEOs and team leads.

They do everything possible for you to commit in something really interesting game modes (urf, arena) and then they switch it off for you to wait again 3,6 or 12 months. I played this game since session 2. Toxic people all around, players, developers, support. When you see what they do with game its insane there are still tournaments around this game. Sponsors of profi e-sports leagues should leave this game, because this game developer it the worst world and players have ever experienced. Hope something bad happen to people doing these strategic decisions in this company. Spreading love to all except riot developer decision makers.

Biggest $#*!t in the history of gaming... Dont care about the game... give ban for nothing even if players are brainless... Got ban for a game where i was 6/4/x and my team mates 1/7 was the best score... Gj riot...u lost another old player
