Received a damaged item Dec 21. Had difficult being given a return form and address. Only received after writing a poor review on different website. Now I have returned item (with tracking) and have yet to hear from Ozgameshop. Despite trying to contact via email and website. I would avoid this company.

I've tried ringing no luck
I've tried online chat - it's rigged not a real person
They don't track deliveries so I can't follow up?
Now I'm worried I've been scammed
Sooooo frustrating is the silence- no response no way to chase it or speak to a person.
Wish I paid more and I'd have my present for my daughter which was 2 weeks ago! So angry

I purchased 4 items a few weeks ago and they sent 1. It can take up to 30 days and no tracking was sent. The other 3 items have still not been sent so I sent a chat and contact page email. The chat box had a women twice now named Katie resolve the issue without responding to me. No replay from the contact page either. The live chat does not work or either of the phones numbers. I still have not got the tracking info and they will not respond to me asking them about that or the other 3 items. I have again left a message with the chat and sent a email. It I dont get a response I have no other choice but to go to the ACCC to see if they can help. I have also recorded all interactions with them. What else do you do when you have no items they wont reply to basic information about what you have paid for. The worst online experience I have ever has. Update of today{28/08/21} Katie once again resolved my questions without even replying to me just out of general good customer service I have added another screenshot to prove it. I am really surprise they have a high review remark as I cannot even get a response I guess they do that when they have issues with there orders otherwise its a smooth transition. Before you buy I would try the live chat to see if it works and there phone numbers because they dont work for me.

Extremely disappointed in the service i received from OZgameshop. I purchased a Nintendo switch game that came as "code only" in box. The game / code i received was for the UK only. Nintendo would not allow me to download the game in australia. When i asked to return it through Paypal Ozgameshop accepted the return asking me to send it back. I paid again for postage to return the game.

After Ozgameshop received the game back, Was advised by Paypal they had closed the case in the favour of Ozgameshop stating that it wasnt to refund my money due to the game not being broken. Hmmmm i never stated it was broken i stated that it was for the wrong country code.

After contacting Ozgameshop two more times again via email with zero response im writing this feedback.

You have left a young boy not only without a game on his birthday but his parents now out of pocket. Really poor customer experience.

FYI his is a UK based company with a HQ in melbourne. They have zero contact numbers and do not respond to emails. If you are to be purchasing from them beware of the level of support if need be.

Will never come back to this company.

Paid for express shipping, recieved my item a month later. Not only do they not provide customers with tracking they have no way of tracking things from their end either. When I contacted to say that my parcel was going to the wrong address and i needed it rerouted they said to wait until it got rejected from the address is was going to and then they would sort it out which after already having waited an entire month I was extremely unhappy, no other company that I've ever shopped with has had absolutely not contact with their courier service. Really recomend that you buy from another website as communication is just terrible. At the end of the day I did recieve my product however I won't be shopping with this company again.
