Rocket Lawyer

I am retired and on a fixed income. I was using Rocket Lawyer to put some thoughts on paper. However, I can no longer afford to pay for it. Lauren was quick with a solution. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this quick fix. Being a retired senior citizen during these very hard time, I am thrilled that I can count on your excellent company to help me out.

I would have liked to see a clause in here about inspections on the property though! Finally, a company that delivers what it promised. We needed a legal document and easily found it on their website. We used a trial membership and don't really have a need for full membership, so when we called to cancel, that was also completed as promised. I would definitely use Rocket Lawyer again if the need arises.

I was in need of a Small Affidavit for estate in the death of spouse. I was advised to download form to complete for financial institution along with death certificate. Rocketlaw was more than helpful to meet my needs and the information was very helpful and easy to understand.

Having Rocket Lawyer is a great resource to save time and create a legal document with confidence. I would've spent countless hours having to research Texas laws, otherwise. In this case, RL was needed to create a commission agreement. Will use again!

Called to cancel a trial membership, after speaking to Kristina, she was ready to cancel but she told me of other options that fit my needs much better. I've found the documents portion of the product to be stellar and on target. They are my goto company to get these types of transactions taken care of.

Did not have a good experience at all. There was no communication with the assigned personnel. For 4 weeks I had no clue how my LLC was being filed. I sent multiple emails and there were no responses.

I didn't realize I had to cancel so you have taken $40/ month from my account the last several months. I know it was my problem. If there is no activity you contact a member to see why!

It's my fault for being lax in reading my monthly statements and ended up being charged $160.00 for what ends up being one document. I am sure there was little square I didn''t check or something easily slipped in on the unsuspecting that authorized it. That being said I believe that is what they count on. Start a monthly billing and see how many payments they collect before the unsuspecting becomes aware.

Overall very simple process to get my business legitimate!
Rocket Lawyer asks a few questions, and if you have questions they have staff on hand who can help you understand everything!
I even received a phone call after completing everything to make sure I was good to go!
