I had problems signing in and getting my password changed… Tucker was able to resolve my issues within moments. Later that day I had problems with rocket lawyer, accepting credit cards that I had put in four different credit cards, I call the toll-free number Tucker answered again and he was able to not only put me right through for gave me 14 days free of charge. This man should be promoted immediately. Thank you Tucker for all your pleasant customer service

Raabi'a removed my account from active status per my request and initiated a refund as the account should have been cancelled in early January. She was very pleasant and efficient taking only minutes to complete this task while at the same time offering me additional programs that were available. Very good experience!

This website is a total scam. They purposefully obfuscate your account/billing information, making it impossible to remove/change your credit card information once they have it as well as see when you will be billed again. I will end up having to dispute the charges with my CC company. Absolutely shameful and unscrupulous business practices, even worse behavior than pornography websites.

I created an account to generate a few standard legal documents for my elderly aunt. That worked great! Was able to customize, save, download, and print. As no further requirements, attempted to cancel the account within the 7-day period. First tried the phone number in original Welcome email. Recorded message eventually said that if I left my number they would call me back. That was two days ago, still no call. Today I tried to log in but the password I used to create account wouldn't work. Twice I requested the link to reset be sent; never received; checked Spam folder too. From that same page on-line, started a Help chat. No response. Tried again. No response. Finally tried same phone number as originally used and was helped by a very nice live person. Phew! As title says, great idea to provide their various legal document products but trying to cancel was no fun!

... I never intended to do anything but purchase an afidavit form. The $39.99 charge was exactly what I DIDN'T need, or want. Your representative was excellent. Obviously, until I see the refund actually happen it will remain a provisional relief. But Marcos is very good. Thank you.

I was looking clarification and templates for legal documents. RL provided samples and included questions in "layman terms" that guided me to select the information I needed. And when I contacted a rep for account questions, s/he was very responsive and helpful! I was amazed, especially in today's time when great customer care has became a thing of the past. I don't have much use for legal documents but needed a promissory note. I found Rocket Lawyer produces this document (even with amortization tables) tailored to your state law.
I also liked that it can solicit esignatures which makes the transaction paperless. The documents are stored in their servers to access whenever to need them.
I was able to do this on their introductory offer and their subscription plan would make sense for someone one who deals frequently with legal documents or ones that require esignatures.

Due to a medical issue I had not used Rocket Lawyer in 4 months. When I explained this to Sabrina in customer service she offered her concern and immediately offered to refund my money.
