Very user friendly. Documents are easy to find and fill out. You can chat with one of their attorneys while filling out the forms if need be. I also liked that what I was looking for came with documents that I needed but didn't know I needed. For me, so far so good.

Problem was resolved efficiently. I do however feel that the process is very misleading. My understanding was that I could pay per Service rendered and that there would be no Monthly billing. It was a surprise to see a $39.97 Charge.

I'm very satisfied with the service I got from Rocket Lawyer. Rocket Lawyer helped me put together an employee hand book for my business at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who seeks such a service.

I called to terminate service and was offered to downgrade to a lesser plan. When I said "No, thanks" he carried on with my desire and helped me terminate. The credit for my most recent charge is being issued as well.

I signed up for the free trial fully expecting to cancel before I was charged. However, I did not cancel in time, and the customer service representative assisted me with cancellation even issued a courtesy refund. But the most impressive aspect of the experience is her upbeat, positive, and pleasant demeanor through out the entire call. One of the best experiences I've ever encountered.

SCAMMM! They will charge you 39.95 per month if you download a single document. Good luck with trying to cancel it. You are at the mercy of there system as to whether you cancelled it or not. Pay attention to your card charges because that will be the ONLY indication that anything is going on. No ongoing emails such as "we just charged your card." STAY AWAY!

Charged my credit card for 5 months even though I never gavethem my card number. They would not tell me the email account which signed me up for their "services". Had to have Bank of America fraud division investigate this matter. They are a scam.

My advice: do NOT use RocketLawyer for anything. The site claims that everything is free, and even helps you create your doc', but then won't release your doc. Until you give them all your credit card info. And as you will see on other "scam warning" sites, RocketLawyer often bills people for a form or something that was supposed to be free. Very aggravating. Steer clear of this site and this company.

During the stress of dealing with my aging parents, I apparently overlooked the fact that Rocket Lawyer had a monthly membership fee. Caitlyn was great in helping me understand and taking off March's auto pay. Also removing me from auto pay. She was very kind, informative and thorough. Thanks.

I used the site to help an elderly friend create her will. It was very easy to do and now she is legally protected. When I called to cancel my free trial, the young lady on the phone had the sweetest voice and was SO kind! She deserves a raise!

I needed to secure an offer letter. I found the one provided to be very inclusive. Unfortunately, my supervisor opted for a very generic, less inclusive one and did not feel we would have enough opportunity to use these services on a regular basis.
