I obtained a power of attorney document from this provider, and although the document was sufficient for a temporary POA, it does not include the language necessary from different courts and/or states. The document would be more legitimate and recognized by parties and/or organizations requesting such information.

I did the free trial, called to downgrade, they answered right away. I was expecting to be transferred to a machine as all other companies are now doing. Reply was swift, but, too much legal language for a simple easement for a private sewer line across the neighbors. Did not provide a good template for Minnesota, both husband and wife must sign. The Neighbor can grant a simple easement to remove title encumbrances from both properties. I have to seek counsel in Minnesota.

Shortly after visiting RocketLawyer website and setting up a profile, my yahoo email account was compromised. I would advise anyone needing online legal documents to go in a different direction. I highly suggest you do not create a profile.

All I needed was a Quit Claim Deed to settle some property & it was so easy to download, following good instructions and executing the legal document myself successfully.
