I needed an official Warranty Deed to sell land to my sister. She had cash and we didn't need all the costly Appraisal, real estate agent or closing agents. I used RocketLawyer to create a document which was a great experience. I thought I had cancelled or downgraded the service and found that my account was charged. I was disappointed in the lack of help by using email or online assistance to answer a questions about being unable to edit the document.
As it turned out I did not need the document. So cancelled the subscription. Grace was very efficient, in completing the transaction and pleasant to speak with.

Having engaged in the procurement of a Lease Agreement with Rocket Lawyer, I also had the opportunity to speak directly to speak on the phone directly with a gentleman and two ladies. I was really amazed by the answers to my questions. Even though, I expressed that I was only interested in procuring a copy of the lease agreement, these people still treat me with respect and much kindness. A lady named Crystal, when I asked her to please help me make a copy, and subsequently asked to be disconnected, said that I still have about 5 more days with no charges, and suggested me to wait and review first the document, and call next week.
This is not the norm in America today, but insults and at times bad words.
I was very much delighted with Rocket Lawyer, that I told my daughter and some friends at the gym.

I had a great experience. I got the document I needed to sell my car. It was quick and painless to use! Then I wanted to make sure my sale went thru and I forgot to cancel my subscription. Then I noticed the monthly charge and called in. They pleasantly corrected my account and offered me a very reasonable alternative product. Great job Rocket Lawyer. Tried out the 7 day free trial as to needing the promissory note between 2 parties. Easy to fill out form was great. Unfortunately the other party that needed to sign the form did not sign and send back through Rocket Lawyer. Emailed cancellation during the 7 day free trial and did receive confirmation. Marco was the representative that attended to my needs immediately. Where I thought I may have been lost in the Rocket Lawyer universe, he easily reeled me back down to Earth and made the rest of my day pleasant. Filling in the blanks was easy. The only trouble I had was using the text editing feature. When I cut out a paragraph the line spacing was doubled (6pages to 11pages) and was unable to undo the changes through the document. Then I recreated using the auto feature and eliminated spouse as the agent which removed two unwanted paragraphs.
