Vey good menus for seeing what other legal contracts/forms were available - quite a few!
I'm a former Computer graphical user interface creator and used to create screens that "made sense" and were easy to use. These were spot on in both categories In my opinion!

I needed a lease for 2 tenants and I felt like this application's website was very thorough and walked me through it in just a few minutes time - easy to use.

I needed a quick equipment lease and found this step-by-step process so easy. Had a little trouble when trying to print it, but called the tech support and a young man tried a couple of different ways to help me get it to print and finally I was able to do a download and print it. He walked me through the steps very politely. The young man was very helpful, patient and kind. I would use Rocket Lawyer again if the need arises.

Was able to quickly identify the needed document and assemble it using Rocket Lawyer's document assembly program which is excellent. Total time was minutes. Price was very reasonable. Output was professional, editable, and allowed me to do my job efficiently.

As a start-up Agency it is cost prohibitive to have a full time attorney drafting agreements. The Rocket Lawyer step by step process to structure our needed agreement was flawless and the ability to digitally sign was an added bonus.

So far so good! Used it for a specific need and it allowed me to inexpensively try out their trial period and produce appropriate paperwork. Worked as advertised and was easy enough to cancel as they suggested. Would Use again

The free document was very complete and easy to fill out. What was not explained was that they were going to charge $1.00 in order to verify I was a real client with a valid credit card. I called to ask about it, which is how I found out, and was told it would be immediately credited back to my account.

Contacted Customer Service today, 3/9/23, and Linda handled my request quickly and courteously. Shared details about the ability to access existing documents after cancelling service, etc. Superior Service. May need this service again, and would not hesitate to contact them again, if needed.

I had an issue with billing and Tucker was able to help right away! I'm always worried calling in to a company for things like this but right off the bat he made me feel like he was on my side and that his priority was to help. He was able to identify the issue immediately and was a huge help. This interaction has made me extremely confident in continuing to use Rocket Lawyer.
