This is the more convenient and fastest way to be able to download a legal document and to me Afordable without having to find a lawyer. Which I do have access but it will take days before I get the document.

I was attempting to locate the pricing scheme for Rocket Lawyer to find the best available plan. Since the website intentionally circumvents that information I attempted to call. That is of course intentionally difficult as well. Finally I was able to google a number for the company and got Colton. Colton was wonderful and was able to get me the information I was seeking. If I hadn't spoken with him I would have cancelled completely and moved back to my other legal online service.

Very easy to use.
I had one small glitch.
The other signer was emailed the document and signed it. The website reported that the document was finished.
However, I never received an email to report that it had been signed. When I checked the document, it produced "Waiting for Signature" instead of the 'completed' message I expected. I called and the customer service man was respectful and patient, but couldn't determine the cause of the glitch.
I had to re-enter all the info. All is well now. Thanks.

We used this for a month for a few documents and forgot to cancel the membership. Kristina was cool and refunded the unneeded months. Nice to see a company not argue about an unneeded subscription. We'll be back.

These people are unbelievable idiots. I gave them two entities to register and they screwed both of them up. They wouldn't return my calls and caused my business purchase to be delayed. Don't use them!

My CSR, Tasen W, answered my questions fully and quickly. I had a question about billing that I may have handled incorrectly. He showed me how to check my billing and retrieve my document but, in addition, he encouraged me to update my profile so that it would be easier to retrieve documents in the future. In doing so, he showed that his concern was not just for my best interest but also in the interest of the company he represents.

From time to time people require some advisory from legal services and lawyers, because the vast majority of people aren't fond of legal things. So, I also had a need to use services from professional lawyers, because I had some issues with the court, which rejected to approve my appliance. I applied to this company in order to use services from professional lawyers and they seemed to me very polite and responsive. They provided me with a lawyer and we won the trial on my business. It started out pretty good and the prompt questions seemed well organized. However, the way I work, I like to be able to download the document at the early stages and do the majority of the work on my desktop. Because I was unable to do so, I cancelled my free trial. The cancelation was handled very efficiently and with courtesy.
