We put together a draft prenuptial agreement which I paid to download. I would have liked to be able to go back and edit the file... but I guess you have to join Rocket Lawyer to do that. The agreement is not usable as is as we did not have all the information we needed (account numbers and amounts etc.) before we started.

I was in this situation and I wrote to support service about the case of charge of 25 £ and that I wasn't using services, they studied the case and advised that the funds will be returned back to me.

No star at all was not an option. DO NOT USE! I needed just one form and was suckered into a membership and charged for several months before I realized it. They would not refund the charges. It is a SCAM.
This was a super easy process just input the info that you want on your document and its done! They have helpful information if you dont understand a certain legal term. They walk you through the process and its the easiest thing to do. You do not have to be a lawyer or know every legal law to make this document. Very helpul and very useful.

The service is great. I got the 7 days free trial and after that I downgrade they even give me free membership. To access the docement I had created. If later on I need more foams definately I will go upgrade the service again and again. Wonderful service!

I needed a residential lease created. The process simple and I was able to also make desired changes to the document that could be made easier by integrating the document without using a 3rd party app that was integrated. As I am no longer in business as CPA I don't have a need for an ongoing subscription that if not needed requires canceling it. It would be nice to be able to produce a legal document for an a la carte charge.

Easy, self explanatory and profesional.
I have used rocket lawyer a few times for a few different things. I needed to draw up a lease agreement and as of late I need to draw up a loan agreement.
I always use the free 7 day trial. I don't use it often because I don't have the need often enough to purchase a monthly service.
That being said anyone that has their own business or is in regular need of legal documents, I would highly recommend rocket lawyer. I believe it is well worth it.

I signed up for a 7-day trial and then decided that I did not want to use this service. Of course, they ask for credit card information just to try out the service, which is something I generally will not do, but I really wanted to see what this service could do. I tried logging into my account, but it would not accept my credentials. I tried having a password reset, but that feature would not work. So, I sent an email to RocketLawyer stating that I wanted to cancel. I did all of this to make sure I would not be charged anything. Now, there's a charge on my credit card that I am disputing. I think this company is scamming people.
I have composed many legal papers on Rocket Lawyer. Saved me time and money. I have two different accounts. One personal and one for company. I've did most on personal acct. This last one was from company email.

I signed up Rocket Lawyer for a standardized prenup. It was super simple to adjust and get it they way you wanted it. I signed up for the free service but forgot to cancel before it renewed. Since it was a mistake they refunded the fee and was super helpful in cancelling the account and welcomed me back in the future again
