The Intake Officer / Customer Service representative provided Outstanding Service, resolving all concerns as well as providing information on services.

I used the Rocket Lawyer Loan Aggreement for a personal loan between a family member and it was very thorough, concise, and professional. I liked that they had a handful of quick questions at the beginning to allow you to easily customize your document to your contacts and state. I will definitely use Rocket Lawyer again for any personal and business needs I may have in the future.

Firstly i never recieved any paperwork that i asked for on the one time trial documents. Them rocket lawyer signed me up without my permission. They won't lete cancel under my login account otherwise. But i contactedy bank. So hopefully they can straight things out. Please beware rocket lawyer is not what they claim to be.

I just needed to create a simple will. Their website walked me right through the process, and I was done within 15 minutes. I decided to cancel the trial, since I don't need anything else. Edriana was kind, and efficient, and took care of me right away.

The document was easy to complete and it covered all of the essential items related to a rental property. The people that I interacted with at Rocket were professional, pleasant and I enjoyed the experience. I have to say thank you to Rocket Lawyer. If I need another contract I will definitely go to Rocket Lawyer.

I used Rocket Lawyer 2 days ago, when I signed up. I was able to print out a Loan Agreement that I could use. Please CANCEL my subscription and any charges going forward.

I was unable to figure out how to cancel my Rocket Lawyer account online, so I called your customer service. Kristina answered my call. She was very helpful and professional. She cancelled my account and told me that I would still have access to the forms I had completed, which I didn't know. She also informed me that I could restart my account at any time. She was very respectful.

I found Rocket Lawyer's website to be very easy to use. I caused myself some problems when I severely edited a document and couldn't add signatures. I spoke twice to tech support, and they were very kind both times.

In speaking with the representative Luciane that I was assisted by. She was intelligent. Very knowledgeable of all of this services that rocket lawyer offers and extremely patient with me and my issue was as resolved the first time!

Whitney was so helpful, very professional and respectful. I truly appreciated her help. She went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. Though we couldn't find an immediate resolution, she was able to reach out to her supervisor to find an alternate solution and resolve the issue on time.

I called RocketLawyer to cancel my one-week trial membership, during which I had downloaded the Power of Attorney that I needed, Randy pleasantly offered the $1 a month option, which I accepted. He then carefully described what to expect in my in-box. Quick and very satisfactory exchange. Adding to the overall impression of legitimacy and competence that RocketLawyer creates.

The entire team is extremely helpful1 when you send a question to an attorney you get a response very quickly and also from more than one so it makes it easier for you to understand what it is you are making a decision about.

The preparation of mortgage documents was fairly easy to understand and seemed to be complete and accurate. I am very happy with the effort it took and the product (mortgage documents) that I prepared using RocketLaw. I was disappointed that I missed the first opportunity to cancel my membership and I ended up paying for a few months of service that I didn't need.
