I signed up for the free trial. I was able to get some travel consent forms for my grandkids. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged 39.99. I thought the quality of the forms looked professional and gave accuracy to my document but I had trouble with the website. I couldn't get to my document. It asked for my credit card info before I finished. I called the next day and got a wonderful staff member Sabrina, who handled it quickly.
