Needed a Last Will and Testament at the last minute and Rocket Lawyer made it easy to get one. I used their 7 day free trial and needed to cancel my membership. Kristina in their support chat room was amazing. She able to assist me with canceling it.

Very easy to navigate I needed to get a POD for my brother who was unable to speak for himself. The site helped guide me thought it with quick answers to my questions so I was able to fill it out correctly and in a timely fashion

I watched a Retro Report that featured Freedom of Information Act and Rocket Lawyer facilitated my request hassle free, and better yet, free of charge. I'll be happy to pay the premium if a dire need arises.

I signed up for the free trial. I was able to get some travel consent forms for my grandkids. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged 39.99. I called and a girl name Grace took care of everything right away. I don't need what they offer right now but if I ever do, I'll sign up with no hesitation.

I called Rocket Lawyer help line and talked with Selena Trujillo. She was very pleasant and was able to "down-grade" my trial account with Rocket Lawyer very efficiently. I had attempted to do this on the web site but found some of the entries confusing.

I had a wonderful experience with this customer service rep. I called earlier in the week to cancel my membership. I was told it was cancelled and it still wasn't. This time around, it was done in a quick and timely manner. I also received my refund immediately! Thank you so much!

I called to cancel my free trial because I am elderly and am living on a fixed income so membership was a little steep for me. I find the website user friendly and their templates very good tool for a casual user. Very practical tool for those who aren't inclined for writing detailed legal documents. I think at the price point and what my intended use is a little far off.

I thought the quality of the forms looked professional and gave accuracy to my document but I had trouble with the website. I couldn't get to my document. It asked for my credit card info before I finished. I called the next day and got a wonderful staff member Sabrina, who handled it quickly.
