In speaking with Kristina, my mind was set at ease because she was never hesitant to answer my question, didn't place me on hold to find anything. She was both professional and personable during our interaction and that was greatly appreciated.

I signed up for the trial, decided I didn't need the service, and called to cancel. Service Rep kindly and professionally cancelled my membership before being charged. Without being "salesy" or pushy, she provided information about a service that might work for me, and I decided to sign up for it. She then clearly explained the series of emails/confirmations I would receive.

I have used Rocket Lawyer on several occasions, from durable power of attorney, to quit claim deeds, and bill of sales. Filed with the courts and all was perfect!

Very educational regarding how prepared I was and was not.
Justine helped me and was very informative and easy to work with.
I may return and subscribe when I am prepared to complete my documents.

Thank you for the refund I was not able to use these documents due to the language I did not know the trial was only for 3 documents, may need to post that somewhere, but that you for the excellent customer service and resolution

I was in need of a Power of Attorney and a Medical Power of Attorney.
Rocket Lawyer provided both of those documents. Plus, printed a blank domestic partnership document.
It was all straight forward and super easy.

Filling out the form was easy and professional.
I was going to cancel the service, but Justina explained I could keep it for $1.00 a month and cancel at anytime.
So with that offer, I decided to stay and I've reviewed other firms available to me.

Your free trial will require you to pay the membership fee. Your given the option your given the option to select your membership. Otherwise it was a please user friendly service that cuts down on having to pay major expenses.

I was able to quickly locate the Rocket Lawyer service via Google.
I was able to locate, generate, download, edit, and sign a document to meet my needs.
I was able to speak to a person immediately to resolve my membership concern.
My experience with Rocket Lawyer was good from beginning to end.
Although I chose to cancel my membership, I would recommend the service to anyone with a regular need to generate legal documents.

I only wanted a trial subscription for $5.00; however, when I cancelled the subscription, it was not processed by the system and I was charged 2 additional months of fees. Kristina listened to my concern and was able to research the issue, get it corrected and request a refund for me. She was kind and courteous, did not take additional unnecessary time trying to sell me on a subscription and I appreciated that.
