Nice of them to hide that I had to change my free trail status after realizing I had been billed $39 for something I didn't use and didn't suit my needs.

In simple English this is a scam and I will spread the word to the best of my ability about Rocket Lawyer.

I should have realized trusting anything to be upfront that has the word Lawyer in it.

Not using Rocket much, only for documents. She told me about the document plan, which is perfect for me.

I needed to update my living trust, after buying a new home. I thought I needed an Attorney to do it. After a little research, I discovered I could do it myself. I could have simply typed it up myself, but this site put the proper language in the update. Well worth the nominal cost.

Kristina P. Was absolutely the sweetest as she was understanding, did not question, but was very profession as she provided me with information regarding monthly benefits however, I just really needed to downgrade and she was happy to help with that.

Great 7 day trial program. Was able to make my last will and testament and my POA paper. Printed my will and it didn't cost anything during the trial. I'll go back and print the POA later, and gladly pay for it!

I signed up but guess i didn't see the fine print that the trial is for one week. I got charged 39 for basically creating one NDA. What is more annoying is that while i unknowingly had "premium" subscription for a month i only got one NDA out of it and basically didn't get to use the site much at all. Had i known they would charge me i would not have used their service.

When I called for help today, I was very frustrated that I could not locate the employee evaluation I had worked so hard on. Revonda was extremly patient and kind and helped me walk through the process until I had success in downloading and printing my document. She made sure I was satisfied with my experience and asking if she could provide further assistance. She truly provided excellent customer service.

My release for was nearly perfect! Some Minor tweets to make it fit my particular usage and a small addition of time of use and it was fine. Price was better than other "Free" forms online.

I called in to cancel my free trial as I had completed the transaction I needed. The service was excellent. The customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very pleasant and nice to deal with.

I only wanted to use document templates. I had a charge of $39 for a subscription. I had them credit and change to a new plan instant and credit back since no services were provided other than document templates.

It's easy n simple to follow the steps from the web... I find it's super easy and step by step guideline which makes the whole end to end experience simple.
