I was pleased and very satisfied with the good advice. I used the free trial due to financial situation. They were friendly and prompt cancelling for me. I will absolutemy get a real membership as soon as I can.

I had a question which could not be answered because my trial offer was cancelled. I was informed of the dollar a month options which I enrolled in, and was told about the options offered under this plan.

I enrolled in the free trial (7 days) and created a document. Creating a document was easy. I didn't find what I was looking for in the menus for the handling of the document so I called the help phone number. A lady named Kim was very courteous and helpful.

I was looking for a legal but simple, short term lease agreement to use just one time. I was leery of the "free trial" offer but true to their word, I was able to draft, save and print the lease agreement I needed. I was then able to cancel my "membership" with no hassle and no cost.

I called because I could not reset my password. I explained what I wanted to ask and told Tiara my story and why I needed help. She was very polite, understanding and directed me to call and talk to a lawyer about it and was extremely helpful. I feel she was honest and compassionate which is not common these days. She is a gem I appreciate her and am very grateful

Did the contract and put it my information and credit card. Now I am contacting my bank to cancel my credit card. I did a screen shot of everything so I have some profit that my credit card was denied. I hope everything is ok, but this website should be taken down.

The online service was wonderful, it was very easy to put personal and much needed documents together. The Service Rep that assisted me on the phone was very friendly & helpful, she took her time and explained everything to me.

I signed on to acquire a standard rental agreement but the woman from whom i was renting broke her hip and my agreement was cancelled. So unfortunately, i cancelled my contract with you.

I had the opportunity to talk to Kevin today about a refund for my premium membership bill. I was a day late on cancelling my membership and Kevin was very understanding and helpful. He was able to get me a refund confirmation e-mail in a matter of minutes. Kevin is very friendly and positive and seems like a great guy to have on your team!

Very frustrating, the I opened the site because to said it was free. Got done to find out oh know it would costs $5 and then start charging you per month without reaching out to you to let you know that was happening. Finally I found a number to call, thankfully, the person clarified and I now know what to do and how and when to stop the service.
