I called to cancel my free 7 days trail that I had accidentally purchased by mistake. I spoke with Kevin who greeted me with such amazing energy and professionalism. I use rocket lawyer about 2 or 3 years ago needed some business papers. I use the trial svc which was all i needed. I forgot to not renew svc and paying monthly fee ever since. After family needs and moving to SC I review my statements. Realize I was paying 39.99 each month the svc I was using.
I was bless to find an exceptional customer svc rep Raabi. Rabbi took time to search my info though I had some info jumble. Raabi patience and good will, provide some compensation, would make me use rocket lawyer again.

I made a mistake of not cancelling the service as soon as the trial was over. Two months passed by and found out the charges from the Credit card bill. I tested out Rocket Lawyer and looked for a few basic forms. I had first looked at a similar site and they didn't have anything I was looking for, but Rocket Lawyer did. They have tons of different forms online that you can personalize. What I also enjoyed was that all forms are within the guidelines and regulations of the state you live in.

I have had a rocket lawyer subscription for more than 2 years. I subscribed to the monthly plan of. 99 auto billing. Today I attempted to create a corporate resolution for an llc company that I am the managing member. After I created the resolution I went to print the document and was directed to a page that wanted $39 for a document that I created. When I called up I was told that my plan was only for personal documents. What BS. Cancelled immediately.

I subscribed to Rocket Lawyer and find it very helpful. I have some experience with legal forms, and find Rocket Lawyer to be simple and easy to use. I use it for leases, contracts, deeds, agreements, etc. It can also do more complex things like wills and trusts. They walk you through making a document and store it for you so you can edit it for future use. Great for small businesses, or anyone who doesn't want to pay a lawyer $250 to do a simple document. I suspect he has his secretary use a program similar to this to do it for him..
