I called to cancel my free 7 days trail that I had accidentally purchased by mistake. I spoke with Kevin who greeted me with such amazing energy and professionalism. He ensure me that he would be able to assist me because I was in a panic that I was going to be charged for the membership. He provided me with such great customer service experience. He was able to refund my purchase. He is truly represented your company very well and a great asset to your company.

I have used Rocket Lawyer on three separate occasions and have been pleased with the results. I needed simple form reports as well as as issue of liability. I have been very pleased with the results I've gotten from my membership with Rocket. Additionally for a mere $1 per month I can return and reactivate my account.

I needed a lease contract right away to print and sign, I google lease contract and this site came up, it was easy to use and fast with no complications, they did the lease contract for me within 5 minutes, all I had to do it was print it and sign it. Thanks.

I use rocket lawyer about 2 or 3 years ago needed some business papers. I use the trial svc which was all i needed. I forgot to not renew svc and paying monthly fee ever since. After family needs and moving to SC I review my statements. Realize I was paying 39.99 each month the svc I was using.
I was bless to find an exceptional customer svc rep Raabi. Rabbi took time to search my info though I had some info jumble. Raabi patience and good will, provide some compensation, would make me use rocket lawyer again.

I spoke with Kristina who walked me through how I could edit changes/corrections on an existing agreement and she was great. As a customer service person she was not only nice but very patient because she stayed on the phone call with me all the way through what I had to do. I made a mistake of not cancelling the service as soon as the trial was over. Two months passed by and found out the charges from the Credit card bill. Since I did not use the service, I talked to Kevin and he was such a great person and worked with me on a perfect solution. He was so kind and understanding the customer need. If i need to use this company service, certainly i will do in the future

Great service, though I will not need this service any longer do to my position have been excepted by Company that I have worked with for so many years. I tested out Rocket Lawyer and looked for a few basic forms. I had first looked at a similar site and they didn't have anything I was looking for, but Rocket Lawyer did. They have tons of different forms online that you can personalize. What I also enjoyed was that all forms are within the guidelines and regulations of the state you live in.

I have had a rocket lawyer subscription for more than 2 years. I subscribed to the monthly plan of. 99 auto billing. Today I attempted to create a corporate resolution for an llc company that I am the managing member. After I created the resolution I went to print the document and was directed to a page that wanted $39 for a document that I created. When I called up I was told that my plan was only for personal documents. What BS. Cancelled immediately.

I was going in for a surprise major surgery and needed a power of attorney. No time to go to a 'live' lawyer. I was able to fill out and print 3 copies of what I needed in time to check in for surgery. Huge weight off. BTW am healthy and de-stressed thanks to your service!

I subscribed to Rocket Lawyer and find it very helpful. I have some experience with legal forms, and find Rocket Lawyer to be simple and easy to use. I use it for leases, contracts, deeds, agreements, etc. It can also do more complex things like wills and trusts. They walk you through making a document and store it for you so you can edit it for future use. Great for small businesses, or anyone who doesn't want to pay a lawyer $250 to do a simple document. I suspect he has his secretary use a program similar to this to do it for him..
