Forms for making my living trust and its associated documents, such as pour-over wills and quitclaim deeds, are clear, easy to read, easy to fill, and easy to edit with an excellent spelling and grammar check. In addition, the firm, Rocket Lawyer, has good computerized online tools that are user-friendly. Kristina, a customer service representative, was helpful and patient. It was pleasant to deal with her during my request for service cancellation since my goal to make a living trust is complete. Two or three weeks ago I subscribed for a very brief period to take advantage of your offer a free, power of attorney forms. I called within. I think a couple of days to cancel my subscription nonetheless, this month on my credit card I was charged $39.99 and if it were a regular subscription. I will pay that but want it canceled at least as of today. Raaiiba was very courteous, professional, and helpful when I called today. She is an asset to your company.

This is a scam to get your credit card. I worked on the draft for at least 10 hours under the "free trial," went to print it, Rocket Lawyer demanded a credit card that you can "cancel at any time," now the draft (which I saved throughout the whole process, is gone. Not starting over--just canceling card.

I contacted this site to complete a very simple affidavit for the State of Arkansas. The site represents that it has templates for all states. Apparently not, for me, anyway. There was no place for attestation of uninterested parties, which Arkansas requires two. Also there were no additional Notary attestations for the three affiant signatures required within the document. I sent them an email regarding the issues and just, today, received a boiler plate email that was as useless as the service offered. Thank goodness I was only ripped of $10.00.

I liked the template I was able to create for selling an auto for texas.

There are 2 things I didn't like.

1st: The $20 price was too much for that document, when it's free at the courthouse but the court near me was closed due to Harvey floods.

2nd: The document did not have a selection if the seller prefers to take down payment and decides to take payments a month from seller. There should be an option there and to be signed in front of notory if they fill yes for payments.

Other then that the form is good.

I've been using Rocket lawyer for 2 years for a small e-commerce business. They make it easy to pick from multiple lawyers when I need a consult for my business. Generally the experience was good. I was able to find and complete the necessary forms, though I experienced some learning curve problems. My biggest concern was that I filled out more information than was printed for me to submit to the county. Subsequently at the recorder's office, I had to complete another form, which, to me, seemed to be the "missing" information. I had to go back and forth between the assessor's office and the recorder's office to clarify and complete the additional form, but I feel confident that the forms are all done and filed properly. I appreciate that I was able to use the free trial and received a confirmation of same.
