I needed to reinstate my subscription. The CHAT process went very well and not one, but two people helped me through this procedure.

I needed a Hold Harmless contract on a fender-bender accident that I paid the other party a small amount to settle. I wanted to make sure he doesn't have any future claims. It was very easy to navigate and find the form, complete it, send it to the other party and get a signed doc back the same day.

Connor called me back very quickly after I had left my number. I was wanting to stop using the Rocket Lawyer services within the 7 days allotment. He took me through the process professionally and asked me several times if I had any questions. Even when we were finished he asked me again if I had any questions and told me to feel free to call back at any time.

Was curious about the service and signed up for the free trial. My "free" week expired over a holiday weekend and my card was charged for the first month on the seventh day. I called to cancel and the charge was promptly refunded to my card without question. If I ever need such a service will sign up again.

Chris took good care of me. She was able to talk to whom ever and got me a full refund. Chris was polite and had a very calming voice. I don't like talking on the phone, she made the experience pleasant.

I had tried to downgrade my level on the web site, but the page kept reloading the same page and never advanced. I called the help number, Kevin was very professional and provided the help I needed quickly and accurately. He sent an email confirming my request, and stayed on the line while I read it.
He offered additional help, but I only needed the downgrade.

I've been using rocket lawyer for close to two years now, and I love it! The documents are professional, anytime I have a problem and have to call one of the representatives, they are all extremely professional and friendly! Keep up the good work!

Information is informative. I like the website. It is easy to maneuver around you can save documents you can log back in and come back to your documents I would definitely refer Rocket Lawyer to someone else who may need legal advice. I will contact them in the future for any paper that I need drawn up for personal or for business as needed.

She explained the different plans in a way that I could understand and make an informed decision on the services I need. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I would/will recommend Rocket Lawyer.

I'm impressed with the application. I have nailed good deals with just the press of this figure tip application. I encounter a number of transactions that require a read up person to comprehend. The application comes in handy to do this. The template has been so well summarized.

Had difficulty getting software to provide 4 signature blocks. Finally found where to add an additional seller and an additional buyer, but then I couldnt get a stable image of the entire document, then difficulty figuring out how to print the document. The print icon on your form doesnt activate my printer. Finally figured out how to open in Safari and print from there. Seems to need simplification.

It was so easy to navigate the website to accomplish what you need and want. Then there are things that you did not know you should want and thus can complete. When speaking to an actual person, you feel very relaxed when speaking to someone that cares and wants to make things right for you. So, what more could anyone want or ask for?

I needed one set of documents for a DIY divorce, when I took the documents to file they were turned down for being the wrong documents. I went to another site, was given the correct documents, which were free. Now I find a 40.00$ charge a month later on my account. Stop charging me!
