In April 2021 I requested legal documents from Rocket Lawyer. They were prepared in an excellent, timely and professional manner. I did not need a membership but forgot to cancel my enrollment. In August 2021, I contacted Justina in Customer service through their "chat" assistance. She was very professional and assisted me in cancelling my membership and provided me with a refund in a very timely manner. She did an excellent job in following up with me when our "chat" conversation was interrupted. This level of excellent service is rare in today's business world and Rocket Lawyer is fortunate to have her as part of their customer service team! Thank you

Even though they say you can create the forms for free, they dont give you access to it unless you pay them. They dont tell you this until after you have already filled out the entire form. Giant waste of time.

I signed up for Rocket Lawyer in a desperate need to write up a cancellation for a time share. Called up the next month to cancel because I couldn't justify the $39 charge for a document here and there. Rather than just cancelling my subscription and sending me off I was offered another one for $1 a month which would cover my own personal documents whenever I needed. Apparently the one I signed up for offered me direct counseling when I needed it from a lawyer. Which come to think of it is a hell of a deal. The attendant who worked with me was so helpful and informative that I couldn't pass up this offer. I appreciate it when I'm offered better programs, forms, subscriptions or what have you, that meet my own personal needs. This kind of service is exactly why I stay loyal to certain brands. Was curious about the service and signed up for the free trial. My "free" week expired over a holiday weekend and my card was charged for the first month on the seventh day. I called to cancel and the charge was promptly refunded to my card without question. If I ever need such a service will sign up again.

I had tried to downgrade my level on the web site, but the page kept reloading the same page and never advanced. I called the help number, Kevin was very professional and provided the help I needed quickly and accurately. He sent an email confirming my request, and stayed on the line while I read it.

Had difficulty getting software to provide 4 signature blocks. Finally found where to add an additional seller and an additional buyer, but then I couldnt get a stable image of the entire document, then difficulty figuring out how to print the document. The print icon on your form doesnt activate my printer. Finally figured out how to open in Safari and print from there. Seems to need simplification.

I needed one set of documents for a DIY divorce, when I took the documents to file they were turned down for being the wrong documents. I went to another site, was given the correct documents, which were free. Now I find a 40.00$ charge a month later on my account. Stop charging me!
