I have worked with Rocket Lawyer off and on for years, and find that even I can make legal documents that work. Today I spoke with Justina about a routine issue, but one I couldn't solve without a rep. She was prompt, professional, personable and just straight up did the job. I have used this website twice to print documents that I needed quickly and did not have time to go to a store to purchase them. Some government sites have forms available on-line, but not always, so this is a good resource. Easy to use and will keep this as a resource for further needs.

I needed a legal contract and found these people online. They had several ideas and were very easy to use. After the contract was completed I called to cancel my subscription and then was offered a much better deal. They were very helpful and am glad to have them in my corner :).

I mistakenly didn't cancel a free trial and was charged for an annual membership. I called to see if I could reverse my mistake, and Grace was very helpful and friendly. She immediately issued a refund and couldn't have been nicer to work with. I really appreciated her help!

I called to cancel and hopefully at least partially refund my account as I was incapacitated for a time before I was able to cancel my free trial.

I run a small business. Costs add up quick. This site helped me save hours on documents. Time also=money. All in all, a great value, almost like a part time paid staff. Even helped me with tax questions. I canceled after the free trial and ended up signing up again.

I followed a link for a free Will and Testament document. Went through the process and it was very easy. Seems like a great resource for any future legal document needs... although any other documents will require a paid membership. So far so good.

I did the 7 day trial and everything went smoothly from start to end. I did not have a problem cancelling my trial at all. I cancelled it not because of the service, it was just a personal preference.
