I ordered 4 dozen Callaway Supersoft golf balls. They were promised by the Friday prior to Father's Day and they arrived two days early. Excellent service and great price. Will be ordering all my golf balls through you from now on!
This was my first time using Rock Bottom Golf. I only got Golf Balls and Golf Gloves but with the sales they had going and their lower prices I felt I got a really good deal and they arrived fairly quickly. I have no issues with quality so over all extremely happy. Already got my golf buddies updated in case they wanted to use them too.
Good price sometimes, but horrible service. I called to try resolve the issue (by giving them another credit card) and the sales agent just talk over me. Basically they can not honor my order because they are not capable of accepting another credit since they don't know how to verify the other credit card. By reorder I end up paying for a higher prices. I reply their email in minutes and the guy wouldn't even try to see what he can do to just amend that purchase order. It may be cheap, but not worth giving them the business. Why support bad behavior.
I picked this bag out for my wife as an early birthday present. It arrived and she opened it and she loved it! The colors are exactly what was shown. The newer design lightweight bag is fantastic. 15 Individual club sleeves and a larger putter compartmant in the front fits her larger grip perfectly. She was really excited for the self draining cooler compartment which will come in handy during those hot muggy afternoons out on the course. The bag is light- weight but surprisingly sturdy. A great buy. Now we are waiting for the snow to melt and the courses to open.
Ordered s set of Cleveland HB Launcher Irons, w/graphite senior flex shafts (4-9, PW & DW). I could not pass up the sale price. These irons are great and set up very well behind the ball. I'm a senior (@74), hold a USGA H/C Index of 4.2 and frequently beat my age and score par and below. My goal for 2019 is to make another hole-in-one and break 70 for 18 holes. To accomplish this I must hit the ball in the short grass, hit more greens in regulation and sink more putts. I own a lot of clubs and buy most of them at RBG. I keep up with technology and play with clubs that fit me and enable me to score! I parked my ego a few years ago and now can play with the best golfers around!

I'm not a golfer. I purchased these shoes to take my dog out in the yard. These shoes prevent me from slipping in wet grass which was the case before when I wore ordinary tennis shoes. So far they are doing the intended job.
I wanted to try a new putter so I went to your site to look. You have something for everyone in all price ranges. I found one in my price range that I liked the looks of. My driver and irons were also bought from Rock Bottom.
The deals you can find are great but the shipping makes things almost not worth it. I have ordered multiple times and I see shipping label created with no other update for 3-4 days. It shouldn't take that long to package clubs to ship.
Ordered two Like New Fairway woods and received them one day before the projected delivery date. The clubs were as advertised and even had head covers on them (which was not expected). I will continue to buy golf balls, clubs and accessories from RockBottomGolf!

Purchase for rock-bottom gloves by mistake I bought the wrong hand. Never open the box to check came down with Covid was out of commission for a few months when I realized contacted Rockbottom golf. They told me they have no exchange policy and can do nothing for me. So in my opinion customer service was horrible stead of exchanging for gloves and keep the customer happy after five years of using them and purchasing from them I will now go elsewhere for what I need
Received my Titleist 7 wood in just a few days. Although it was listed in the middle of your rating scale, it is nearly new! Had an old Adam's, and it was in time out for a reason. This Titleist feels great and struck the ball well the very first day I used it. Confidence is a huge part of the game, and upgrading your clubs helps your belief soar!
Excellent product at really good price. Delivery was superb (even to New Zealand!) and all delivered within 10 days packaged very securely.

Bought a set of golf grips to redo my clubs. Was a bit Po'd that it took 5 days before they were shipped but the grips are great and am very pleased with them. I will order from here again with the expectation that it may take a bit to get here.

Ordered a 3 Wedges, 2 Mack Daddy Wedges and a pre-owned Taylor made. All of them came in and were in brand new condition. Couldn't ask for anything better. Shipping was my only complaint took a little longer than I expected but I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a great deal.

Needed a rain suit for a bucket list trip to scotland, which since then has been postponed do to the coronavirus. Then decided new shoes would be nice, so i searched the net and found rock bottom golf. Both items arrived way ahead of projected time. The rain gear and shoes fit perfectly and i am positive i will shop there again soon.
I had been reading reviews on the Tour Edge Exotic EX9 Tour driver for several months. Did not want to pay full price for a driver. Purchased one advertised as in Very Good condition. Didn't really know what to expect. Boy, was I surprised. The club was in nearly new condition. I'm sold on buying used clubs from Rock Bottom.
Yes! Our pre-own items are amazing. I work here but I purchased a like new set a few months ago as a gift, when it was delivered I swear he couldn’t tell the difference. He thought it was a new set. Definitely check out pre-own items, usually you’ll find great deals and products there. The pre-own team is fantastic in ensuring the items they sell are of high quality.

Charles- I am sorry for any confusion here, as listed on the FAQ page refunds for returns can take 7-10 business days. We DID try to refund you on July 12th however you decided to bypass us and file a dispute. That dispute is what caused this refund delay sir. It is never recommended to file a dispute as it only prolongs a refund. Once a dispute is filed it freezes the payment you made to us and flags the account. Therefore a refund cannot be processed then and must wait until the bank resolves it. This is not our fault, we tried to refund you but your dispute caused this to happen. We did alert paypal to refund you so I do not know why they have not yet; this is what happens w/ disputes as it always will take a least an additional month because banks operate slowly. As we kindly informed you, we will again notify the dispute center w/ your own bank and tell them this is approved to refund. In the future when shopping with any company; work w/ the company do not file disputes and that will definitely get any issues or concerns resolved much quicker for you.
