The items I ordered arrived quickly and correctly. Nonetheless, the Cup Tees I received are very fragile and break with just one use. I thought these were Martini Tees which last forever but I was wrong. The picture was identical to the Martini tees but they are not.
The price was perfect but the shoes were not listed as an open box item. They were white shoes and the stain that was on them was minor buy noticeable. I will put more stains on I am sure, but I was a little disappointed. All of my previous purchases have gone off without a hitch, not this one though. I will be more careful when ordering next timer just by at a brick and mortar store where I can view the item first. Sorry but you missed the bullseye this time.
I ordered a complete set of clubs and a putter separate. When the order came, the putter head was broken off. I notified Rock Bottom Golf and received a replacement putter no questions asked. That made my day. Thank you.

SWEET, bought Etonic rain suit which I had to wear the other day and it repelled the rain and kept me dry. Also bought light weight Gallaway Balboa golf shoes and 4 pair of Etonic golf gloves. With shipping AND the CDN exchange, all this cost less than just a rain jacket from Golftown here in Canada. Ordered on May 2 and delivered by UPS May 6th... Amazing!

Rock bottom golf advertised buy 2 dozen golf balls and get 3 rd dozen free. They first denied the order and then found it but said at check out I did not put in 3 but 2. Why because the 3 was part of their offer I did not see the need. Now they said shipping has gone up so they want me to pay $9.99 for them to ship. Looks to me financial problems if they cannot pay a small shipping cost
Do not purchase from Rock Bottom as their so called 90 day guarantee is a scam. I have a driver that I purchased less than 45 days ago and they now say that the club is not valid for that guarantee because of new inventory. DONT offer a 90 day guarantee if it is NOT for 90 days

Ordered new Etonic golf shoes. No phone number given. Only way to generate RMA is via email and after two days no response. To return I have to pay $10. Not my fault incorrect product was shipped. Scam vendor I will never use again.

We do answer all emails and do so quite quickly; if you contacted us please be sure to check your spam / promo / jump folders for our response. You can use whatever shipper you wish to return as well, we only offer the prepaid label as a convenience for our customers but we definitely do cover ALL shipping costs if we shipped the wrong item. There is not an order number on this forum but definitely call or email us with your order number and we’re always more then happy to help.

I have made a couple of purchases from Rock Bottom Golf. In each case I qualified for the "Home In 2" shipping. None of the orders that qualified and were shown to be "Home in 2" had even shipped in 2 days, let alone arrived to me in 2 days. It takes a complaint to customer service to actually get the items shipped. Biggest scam on the net, their "Home in 2" claim is.
Just got the new Taylormade SIM 3 wood and though I've only hit it less then a dozen times competitively, I never hit a bad shot. I was using a Cobra F9 and this Taylormade is hands down a great 3 wood. Looming now in getting the 5 wood, 5 hybrid, and maybe the Driver. I'm sold on the new Taylormade SIM.
Received my Titleist 7 wood in just a few days. Although it was listed in the middle of your rating scale, it is nearly new! Had an old Adam's, and it was in time out for a reason. This Titleist feels great and struck the ball well the very first day I used it. Confidence is a huge part of the game, and upgrading your clubs helps your belief soar!

Received my delivery as scheduled. However I thought I was suppose to receive 4 dozen golf balls as it was advertised buy 3 get one free. Only received 3. No I dont know if I entered everything properly or not but they were advertised buy 3 get one free.
