Another great buy

Order a new Taylormade M2 Driver and a refurbished GPS unit. When I received my package it contained a Cleveland Golf 3 wood and a Callaway hybrid. Returned the wrong clubs and still waiting to hear when I'm going to be getting what I actually ordered. This is the first time I have had a problem with an order, what I don't like is that I paid for this up front, the wrong material was sent but I have to wait for them to confirm that what I got wasn't what I ordered.

I will think longer before ordering anything more from this company.

Every thing looks great, and I love the Flag bag. Can't wait for my friends see it, cuz I was in the military ( NAVY 60 - 63 that is one of the reason I wanted it... PS. The head cover for golf bag somebody was saying it was BLACK,, they are WRONG its BLUE!

Every company will get a positive review when things 'go right'. It is when things go wrong, or there is an error, that truly defines the values that a company upholds in their response. I ordered a new driver along with a new staff bag. When the shipment arrived, the staff bag was perfect! Loved it! The surprise was when I opened the box with the new driver... all that was in the box was the shaft and the adjustment tool. The club head was not in the box! I immediately contacted their customer service center. The gentleman apologized and overnighted a completely new driver to my home (this time the club head came with the shaft :) ). They trusted me to return the original shipment and provided a shipment label for me. Bottom line, errors happen. Regardless of the business or industry, 'stuff' can go wrong. When this happened to me, Rock Bottom Golf stepped up to the plate, immediately correcting the shipment, and did it in a professional and extremely quick manner. I will continue to use them for my future golf purchasing needs. Well Done.

Titleist AVX... FAIR condition balls

Bought and paid for 216 Titleist AVX... FAIR condition balls and I will say for that kind of a purchase you'd
Think they would be all in fair condition but let me tell you out of 216 there were 21 that were well below FAIR condition and 8 of them that were so ugly I wouldn't even give them to the driving range just a warning to others before you purchase. ROCKBOTTOM after writing them SAID they want me to send all back like it's my fault... let's
See I think they should have... BETTER QUALITY CONTROL what do you think?

I have not walked in the shoes, but the quality and the sturdy foot bed seems to be solid. I always have one or two soft type shoes to walk the course in. I'll be trying these out next summer.
