Roblox is terrible, it is inappropriate and teaches your kid bad thing. I would not recommend it to. Anyone. I tried Roblox before and I am telling you it is the most inappropriate app you can give yourself or your child

The worst customer service imaginable, people who have no idea what they are doing and shouldn't be in that field. Fraud and money scams. Your child will be exposed to inappropriate content that is not ever moderated appropriately. Better to find somewhere else to enjoy your time on the internet. Not somewhere that's going to steal money, never respond and have terrible service, and doesn't appreciate its consumers. The worst service in the face of the planet. Everyone associated ought to be ashamed and embarrassed.

I believe that Roblox needs better security because there are always hackers on that website and some people just purchase the app so they can hack other peoples accounts. Roblox can be helpful when you're bored. I made this review because of the security system and how it can be good when you are bored.

My child asked if they can play a game called Road blocks. I said "Yes child. Just make sure to not spend any money, my dear son." After 2 months, he asked me if he could buy something called road bucks. I said no son, i dont have enough money. I told him that he could find it for free and he found a website to get it for free, he just had to wait a few days to redeem. A week later he came out in TEARS. He got logged out of his account and his password was incorrect! Do not play the game! When you get road bucks it takes your account!

This platform does what it says it treats people will respect and the moderation of the game is amazing! I love the quality and the time and effort that the creators put into this game! This game used to be small but now half the world knows about it! So if you didn't try I recommend you do! I would also like to say that I love everything in this game It takes a second to download which I love! So after that minute or 5 seconds, you can create an account and start creating and playing user games.

Do you want to know why roblox gets hacked and lot first off its not a protected website. Second of they steal your money and now there is a virus on it. But does have some good games but most may have some vilence and stuff but my favourite game is prison life. But don't let younger kids play this because the virus is on certain things.
And the game can get hacked any time and if you don't know this and there is a virus you are done.

I don't hate the game itself, I love it. But the community (to me) says otherwise. They make strange games with a heck of a ton of messed up things. My little brother played a disturbing sexual game that was covered up with a title that wasn't true. The game was made by the community and he joined it expecting Fun but instead, what came out was tears. He cried for hours. He saw things he was not supposed to see. A lot of people bullied him with a unfiltered chat. Roblox soon banned the game but he still hates it because of all the people who bully him with no respect. I'm gonna give this a 2 star review for the fantastic game, but 3 less for the horrible community. I have to admit, some people on the website are great, but most of the time, you will stumble across the people I have been ranting about.

I wanted to buy a gift card for my grandson. I had problems with maneuvering the site and ended up buying credits instead of a gift card. I could not get access to customer service. As they do not have a phone number or a chat to use, only emails They would not provide me with a refund or a transfer of my credits to a gift card They charge 30% to transfer credits from one user to another. Do not buy from this company, from any vendor As customer service is the same regardless of purchase place

My granddaughter is 8 and was playing guess that drawing, the drawings of the members were sexually explicit, as were the words in the chat box. Shortly thereafter a car pulled up in front of my home and just sat there. The stick figures that the member was drawing were that of positions. I have warned the mom's of her friends. Get your money back! Please do not let you children play this game. Pedo's are using this app at every turn. This app is NOT, I repeat NOT for kids. Roblox is a pedo's playground. Parents BEWARE close it

If your child gets exposed to 18+ content it's not Roblox's fault. It's yours because you didn't do enough research to see if you could block those sort of games in the settings. And if you get hacked, you must have done something to make that happen such as; Falling for a free robux scam or free pet adopt me scam, told someone you just met your password. And if you see that your child spent $100+ on Roblox or something, it's your faults, parents. Because YOU left them unsupervised with something they can purchase with things with ease.

Somehow my son's account made purchases for two similar items - all while asleep next to me. He came to me crying. I even added two-factor authentication and changed the password after this. Then I get an automated email a day or two later asking to confirm a password change - again, sounding like getting hacked. Roblox comes back saying they see no indicator of hacking and will not refund the ~17USD. Sad isn't it? I have told them that I will not allow my kids to buy more Robux (and they hold more than 17USD left in the account). So they can't even make a good business decision though there is no way my son make these purchases and no way he tried getting access to his account afterwards - both times computer off. Yes, that's not enough for Roblox to provide even a semblance of support? Trying to make a 9 year old happy? Shame!

I was playing Welcome to Bloxburg and A kid decides to try and humiliate my friend. Me being who I am I defend her. Which ended up getting me banned. The whole situation was one sided(who reported first is who got banned first). No moderators where online so they couldnt check the chat history. Its like a bot runs the Report system. All I did was defend my friend and stick up for them and I Get Banned? I may have said a few mean things back... But who doesnt? My thing that i have an issue with is the fact that It was one sided, when they started it. Nice going Roblox. Real Nice app. (NOT)
