Buyer beware! Read the terms they claim the right to change, altar, discontinue or pretty much do whatever they want with your account. My son made an accidental purchase that had a passcode. We are currently not working due to covid 19 and as most of you know kids are home from school and we are basically quarantined. My son loved these games and had tons of friends and progress over the past few years. We have previously spent money and never had a previous issue besides regular glitches and bugs. Hoping they would understand in the current crisis we have going on I asked for a refund. My son's account was then deleted without us being told and all previous money and progress lost. All of the sudden he can't sign in anymore. I have emailed multiple times explaining the situation and the unusual circumstances we are all in right now. All we want is my tons original account back. Nothing else. We have not previously ever had a refund or problem we've needed to contact about. Well, they have denied us access mutiple times saying he went against their terms of use. He's 8 he made a mistake and even in these times they have no understanding and they do not care. They have denied my appeal and my multiple requests at speaking to someone else or to just reinstate my son's original account. He lost all his friends his years of progress and all the previous money spent all because he purchased by mistake and I asked for a one time refund because we just didn't have the extra being out of work. Their actually call office is closed because of the virus, so they are well aware of what we are all battling. Very dissapointed in the lack of understanding for a CHILDS GAME that brings a little happiness in these trying times. So sad it is one of the only companies I know of personally not willing to work with the customer during all this and especially for a child's mistake on a child's game. Pathetic. BUYER BEWARE

So I've been active on roblox for around 5 years now and I've seen the ups and downs. So I guess I'll give the bad news first. People call you a noob, hmmm let me think of somewhere else people will call you a noob. Hmmm, oh yeah! LITTERALY EVERYWHERE. So people will get called names, it happens everywhere. Yea sometimes there will be poor monitoring, there's only so many admins that can look over everyone. There are currently about 70,000,000 accounts on roblox so it's a bit hard to look over. Also maybe you shouldn't let your 5-7 year old play roblox, roblox can be fun to hang out and play with some friends but there are also many educational values to it, for example there is scripting which college students are using to learn about computer technology. It can also be educational to the younger audiences with its building, I know when I was 8 I had a great time trying to figure out scripting and building and what works and what doesn't.OK I'll just say the conclusion now. So get the game (It's Free!) and the only time your child could be harmed by the community would probably be without the right education. You go around to all these websites and see bad reviews from parents, you know why that is? It's because they have not played the game for the majority of their I guess I'll say online education? Well anyways parents have not experienced all that roblox has to offer. I'll say one more big point, is that roblox may look like a kids game but the majority of the players are teens and young adults who help with the community and do other educational things like scripting and all. So you have heard it from a 13 year old who knows lots about the game I guess, I recommend roblox!

Great gameplay and pretty much no glitches, but there are hackers. The hackers have been mitigated, but not eliminated because of a review on Facebook about a not so kid friendly thing happening to the poster's child. Because of this, the company decided to enable filtering enabled on all games, which prevents most hacking and greatly decreases the risk of this happening, so i have only seen like 1 hacker in the past 2 years. About privacy settings: If you want to disable chat, you must go into your child's account and click the gear in the top right corner. Then, you go to privacy settings and disable chat and stuff there. It also blocks stuff like inappropriate games if you'd like. If they wont give you their password, it feels bad man. Also for their Account Settings PIN (to get into settings if u have the pin click the lock at the top of the page). You can also make games with ROBLOX Studio. However, some users may be unsuitable for the platform, such as trolls, bad actors like scammers or hackers, and cyberbullies, To circumvent these, you can click on the offending player on the Leaderboard and click "Report Abuse" Fill in the information about the offender and send it off. (to those who see this, reports do work! I did it once and it banned them but it might take a few hours-days.). Some players have been exceptionally bad and banned very quickly, which one of those got to me in that 26-second time frame. The offender uploaded a link to a porn video on YouTube with a clickbait headline that said "Roblox moderator framed as child predator", and they got banned very quickly. Another person also uploaded illegal content which i don't want to know what it contained, which was up for >30 minutes. These two incidents were on the forums, which were shut down because of an unknown reason, but i think it was this toxicity going on that made them do their decision. Online Daters (ODers) are pretty dumb. You never know their age, and they might be having sex in game or in chat. Most of them are only in games, so don't report them unless they are having sex in chat or like planning on real relationships. If you dont want this, disable chat for most of these risks.

Roblox has been showing me items that I feel are sexual and when I report these items, or block the creator of the items, More continue to show up, I am not comfortable using the roblox app, its not appropriate for children at this point, first they added sexual content and sexualities, but now they begin to add satanic items, there is no way to stop the items from showing up, Satanic items are especially not appropriate, as riturals involve the following, human sacrifice, animal sacrifice, SEX RITURALS (not appropriate for children or young teenagers, both play roblox.) and there are more examples, there are also LGBTQ items on there, my cousin Teressa, killed herself after becoming a member of the community because she realised she was going through a phase in which young girls, which the community is targetting (look up the statistics.) the phase she was going through, was a phase teenage girls and children 10-17 go through where they want to act like boys. She killed herself because she realized she wanted to have children and be a girl, but she was already transitioned so she couldn't. This is a terrible thing that they are doing to children.

This game was my favourite since i started playing it and played some games but until i knew about online dating and those kind of things and seeing ppl dating and thes kind of things i started to feel normal with it but after i knew LBGTQ+ AND ILLUMINATI AND ALL OF THAT Guess what happened. IT BECAME BORING EVERY GAME MUST HAVE DRAMA AND RPING AND ONLINE DATING AND LBGTQ PLAYERS/PEOPLE/USER I REALLY WANT THESE THINGS TO BE UNALLOWED (BLOCKED) and then it whould be still my fav but now what i do is just play obbies or chill and play some meepcity and those kind of things and i dont like and RECOMMEND LBGTQ+ AND ILLUMINATI AND Online dating but slenders and Cnps (copy n paste) is kinda normal so i beg you please make it better and im a a player in it but somehow i still love the game...

Ok I joined roblox maybe 3 years ago.And i was like wow this is amazing. Then i got robux and made a pretty cool avatar. Then i come getting friend requests from girls all the time. So i didnt wanna be rude so i accepted them. Then all of was always trying to date me.Or try to freak me out. I mostly had friends that were guys for playing guy games like football and basketball. I was always getting asked out by girls it was wierd. Also i have a new account its on the title i quit my old account. Anyways, so i made a group of friends and we were like a family i was the son there was a dad and a mom 2 brothers. About a year past and we were like just best friends instead of family.And the mom is in this so her name is gonna be sarah.So i was playin adopt me when sarah joined me. She said she found a bad game and told me to join her. For being the curios 10 year old at the time i was joining her. I got into the game, and there was girls and boys having sex. Saying innaporite things. The girls came up to in front of where Ur no no square is and started twerkin on it and saying "Daddy Harder" I moved as soon as she came over and said that. Trying to make this game stop by threatning ppl who were twerking to video this and send it to roblox and report them. They didnt care. So i left the game and reported it. Oh yea and i forgot there were animations called bang hump suck and ect. There was items of bear ciggerate and lean.
