Players keep exploiting and calling me noobs because I don't pay the game with real money if I did that it would be waste of time just to play this game.

I am talking about fighting games, if you are looking to make a game, never use roblox for it, i dont know how to describe it, because i didnt found anywhere on the internet, a problem for more of my friends, when playing fighting games, or any other game in roblox, you will allways see the other players in delay, or in shooting games missing you 100%, but counts as a hit, meele fighting games to, i see i hit the enemy, but they see me i miss, same vice versa, its never reaction base, its prediction base, but sometimes, even if u predict, its like the others go right trough youre block ability. Id rather kill myself than trying any fighting games on roblox

I mistakenly left my cc on google play after buying some robux for my 7 yr old grandson. The next day he purchased a bunch of things for the game. As soon as my bank notified me, I took the card off and got in touch with roblox. Of course we went round n round. Then I finally get an email from Google thanking me for the purchases which allows me to report to them that I did not make the purchases nor authorize them. In the meantime I now saw where they tell you if this happens they may delete the kids account. I didn't think they would really do that. But guess what? After Google emails me and tells me they are refunding all the charges, they delete the WHOLE account. Which had extras on it we have paid for over the past few months. And caused the 7 yr old to cry hysterically because he's lost all his game stuff he accumulated that we BOUGHT and all his friends he had made. This is so not right to do to kids.If that's the way they are going to be they should make purchasing harder and restrict their games to older kids who understand how credit cards and money work. My grandson is distraught and I am pissed!

There is one thing that i hate about ROBLOX which is that people are not able to use the report system properly. I recently made a video to report a perosn that was being toxic(cursing and swearing) to other players. I immediately reported this and after two days I expected something to happen but nothing happen to that player. It shows that ROBLOX's moderation system does not work. Sure, I respect that this game is free to play compared to Minecraft but it is a copy. It is plagarism and Mojang should have done about this. My final point would be that ROBLOX has many games that are under-rated like Phantom Forces(First Person Shooter game) is rated for 3 year olds. What!

I have been hacked numous times and lost around 200k robux. I have every secruity measure possible to combat it and still, I get hacked. I have been on the platform since 2012 and have spent thousands of dollars on this game yet Roblox Support is unable to recover it as they only allow for 1 account recovery. This is horrible service as being a long time user and have never been suspended. It saddens me to say that I will probably never play this game again as all motivation to develop on this platform is gone.

No empathy or understand of your situation. Just cold heartless paragraphs written by a robot with a fake name signing the message to make you believe it's a person.

The people who are in charge of the reports need to READ them I GOT BANNED for 14 days for saying "OK" WTH. They also need to be better on people hacking into accounts my account got hacked like 15 times

This company takes no responsibility for the games on its platform. If you are going to build a place for games and be publically traded, you must offer support. The game creators DO NOT respond to support issues, and Roblox corporate says it's not their problem. So each side passes the blame. Your stock is crashing because people like me are pissed you do not hold the game creators whom we Allen's money with that you profit from as well accountable. So many errors and bugs with the games and mostly the money you spend on things they do not deliver. I have apple refund me because I didn't get what was promised, and after a month of back and forth, the Roblox support said it wasn't their issue. Yet my card charge wasn't Clicker Simulator; it was ROBLOX Nan's that makes it your issue. I paid your company the money, not the one game. So we removed our credit cards and chose to spend elsewhere. Many are doing this and will continue till Roblox gets their act together or completely crashes and goes bankrupt.

This game really likes your money! EVERYTHING (or almost) costs money! The in-game currency, "ROBUX", is solely obtainable by paying money, purchasing a membership, or using a membership to earn money, or making others pay you with a 90% tax! You'd better be rich!

I see a lot of reviews on this website that are angry parents and bad they are Very strict with there chat monitor and Roblox bans ppl if they get pass the chat filter making it 100% safe TRUST ME I have fortnite gta v Roblox etc.

I think Roblox is the best game ever and is amazing! It's really fun but not ALL reports can be checked right? I'm talking to you salty parents...

There are millions of active players on Roblox making reports BUT roblox has a SMALL staff team that cant deal with all of your reports RIGHT?

Plus there is some exploiters but just ignore it and join another server or live with it! Roblox cant just make anti exploits! But some games block exploits because of their anti exploit systems...

Exploiters may be harmless though, just saying...

Too much hack that roblix cant dectect ruining games and they worried about swearing? Calling someone a F to A to G and banned for swearing, but no these cheating hacker that roblox cant dectect. If i can give negative star, undescrable star would make the review go negative. Cant enjoy a peacful none hacking game roblox cant fix.

I have been playing Roblox for 6 years, and has been a great experience. You can make online friends and games via Roblox Studio, the app where you build your games. However, the reason why I gave this four stars is because some users take Roblox to the "next" level by making inappropriate stuff. The app and the actual website is quite misleading since the app looks a lot more different than the website, but I understand. You can find both versions, app and website by going to www.roblox.com and signing up for an account, or logging in to your account, and downloading the Roblox downloader. There is a mobile version too, looks similar to the app for desktop. People also get mad over the customer service since they get an automated message saying, "** Important ** We are currently receiving a high volume of tickets at this time." I mean, come on, it's just a reminder telling you to wait since there are many tickets and that sort of junk. I had my account hacked 2 years ago, and a staff member named Gerald reached out to me, told me to reset my password, and got my account back. To this day i play Roblox pretty much every day, so yes i love the game its self but how the staff treats it should be worked on much more harder. Let's take the moderation for example. 1st, people sometimes get banned even know they didn't do anything wrong. 2nd, the most annoying players like Lisa Gaming are still not banned yet. Ok she got banned one time, then another time, but for some reason Roblox decided to unban her twice, TWICE! And now we're moving on to the people in the games, Oders (online daters): these people for some reason decide to date on Roblox but mostly these are 10 or 13 year olds. Exploiters and/or Hackers: These people use just use cheats to win the game, this might make the game more epic or mostly bad. Slenders and copy and pastes: the two of them are pretty much Oders they're extremely toxic, but these are most likely 10 or 13 year olds. But Roblox's moderation is just:

I see Hackers everywhere from the best game to the worst game fly hacking aimbot... ect... So if ROBLOX if you read this please ban hackers and don't ban people if they only have reports from the same guy (alts). Cause my old account got deleted because i got alot of reports saying "You Use Aimbot" while i just did a double kill with the laser rifle (TC2) beside those things its a good website and its just good i appriciate the work of this website. 5 star!
