My son got the game and you have to send money to get the character, so he got my card and spent all my money on Roblox.

Played the game for a solid 10 years. The game is overall an engine for exploiting children's ambition with no professional accountability for almost all activity if they can avoid it. Service is generally lazy and obnoxious and the platform has developed over time to find ways of incentivizing purchases while removing old features such as a permanent transaction history for their online currency and allowing people to nullify sales of clothing and game passes. The experience has an abundance of hackers and scammers as well which has been so ignored that it seems like their goal rather than providing any resolution. Customer service is a complete joke. They don't even read what you have to say. They just copy and paste whatever seems relevant enough as their response.

ROBLOX WILL DELETE YOUR CHILDS ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS ASKED! MY SON HAS HAD THIS ACCOUNT FOR OVER 10YRS AND HAVE SPENT TONS OF MONEY USING IT THROUGHOUT THE YRS BUT ONE DAY A COUPLE OF SO-CALLED FRIEND OFFERS TO GIVE A DAGGER TO HIM THEN A FEW WEEKS LATER ALL HIS MONEY WAS DELETED ALONG WITH THE ACCOUNT AND THE REVIEW TEAM NEVER ALLOWED HIM TO SHOW PROOF OF THE CONVERSATION HE AND THE SO-CALLED FRIENDS HAD. EVERYONE THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS COME IN CONTACT END UP GETTING THEIR ACCOUNTS DELETED AND THEIR STUPID REVIEW TEAM SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THAT!

Roblox is an overall great platform with a ton of free resources such as free hosting of games, an amazingly easy to use game studio, and many other great and easy to use resources that are free. The main problems with Roblox is the fact that if you decide to create anything on the platform is that there is almost 0 chance you can make money off of it no matter how much effort you put in because you're gonna need a lot of money to market it and if it is successful you only get like 25% of the actual revenue in cash. Another problem is the fact that a lot of the games and items created are just plain bad quality or are straight up scams or something too but that doesn't mean that all of the games here suck. The moderation could also be a lot better but with seeing how huge they are, I would excuse them for some of the problems that happen on the platform. The business is overall a for profit company as with every other company so you can't really blame them for that. The also seems to have been experiencing a lot of technical difficulties recently too.

Just want to say, pls separate graphics, shaders, and render distance in the graphic settings... It will be a great help :)

My son got banned. After playing the game for over 5 years. He invested his money into it. The couldn't give a detailed explanation as to why he was banned and refused to reinstate his account and give him a warning

Kecai was the worst because I waited in line for 15 Minutes and then my surver which I believe her name was Camii just ran off and then I was lost but to top it off the game was glitching really bad for everyone!
