If I could give negative stars I would. I have given Robinhood so many chances over the last 2 years. I'm completely done with this company. Their customer service staff is absolutely rude and awful human beings. If you are calling them for help you're probably frustrated. If you are even a little frustrated with their service they and they can hear it in your voice they will arbitrarily put restrictions on your account and takes 7/10 days to get the restrictions lifted. They will play with your money. If you get a large sum deposited, restrictions, if you ask for help, restrictions, this is the worst company trust me, learn from my mistakes, DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RANDOMLY AND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME LOSE ALL ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE TRASH WHEN IT HAPPENS. If you put your money here you are a fool.

I created an account with a small $500 investment. I traded a few stocks and cryptos. I tried to login for the 2nd time and was locked out of my account for no reason. I could not get back in for over a week and there is no help except for an automated email response. There is no one to call. I finally was able to get back into my account and then my account was hacked and someone tried to withdraw $1,000 from my personal savings account (the same account I used to open my Robinhood account). It has now been over a month and I still cannot get into my Robinhood account. I have asked over 5x to have my account closed and no one will help me. I have no idea what has happened to my initial investment.
They have automated emails and continue to reply to me without addressing anything I have asked them to do. DO NOT USE THIS APP. There are others that will work much better. I have been scammed by this app and will tell everyone about my experience.

Worst app ever

Please don't try it if you haven't. You will lose your money and they don't even have a customer service number. They have millions ways of stealing using the app and there's no one to reach for help

I was lock out of my Robin Hood account on June 3, it took 26 email to get access to my account on June 11. When I got back in all my money was gone. On June 3 at 11:45 all my stocks were sold around 5K. Someone the got a Debit card added to my account around the same time. They then transfer the funds to the Debit card and made 3 purchases to the Apple store in New York. The device history show my account was accessed Jun 2nd from Chino Hill CA, and on June 3 from San Jose, CA. Kind of odd that is the same location as Robinhood is located so this has to be an inside Job.

Would Run Away From Robin Hood if you have money invested.

Do not, ever, under any circumstances use this broker. Please! They will screw you. Blocking your ability to buy certain stocks. I hope a class action law suit will be done agains them!

I'm a current account holder. For awhile I didn't use my account and when I tried to login they sent me a verification code to my land line phone number which doesn't accept texting/SMS. It was the only one verification option they use: no automatic calls, no e-mail verification, no customer service interview with questions asked/answered. They are "deeply concerned about customers info security". They demand a selfie with clearly visible government issued ID: all this after they exposed their customers data being hacked in November of 2021. Meanwhile, a customer could get a hold of his/her funds: Robinhood provides to everyone his/her account number and an option to transfer his/her money to an external account for a mere fee of $75 - no verification's required. Should I mention that their customer service is absolutely close to none: none of them even reads your e-mail to understand an issue. Besides the compromised data integrity they have never mentioned on their website that a smartphone is a must, especially if you want to get your money out. Money deposit doesn't require anything unusual: and this is exactly their point. Don't get into it - you'll regret it.

YOU CANT CONTACT THEM AT ALL UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I HAVE A RELATIVE WHO DECEASED AND THEY ARE WITHDRAWING 10K INTO A NEW ROBINHOOD ACCOUNT FROM HIS BANK AND THERE IS NO FRAUD DEPARTMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER.

I put over a few hundred dollars in a new cryptocurrency and I can't even get back on my account do not use this website it's a piece of $#*! and honestly I've never been through like this by secure webpage ever ever I am guessing a whole bunch of money and dodge coin refresher light them up the amount of money I put in and now I can't even access the account please contact someone at Robin Hood and tell them. Wait you can't because it's impossible to actually get in touch with good customer support don't join *******@gmail.com is my email If anyone at Robin Hood and would like to contact me about it I've already contacted with my private attorney about the matter

This app/website is currently performing ILLEGAL market manipulation by blocking stocks to buy, but not sell. They are working AGAINST the common folk to prop up the billionaire hedge fund racketeers and screwing us out of our stocks. They CANCELED MY STOCK ORDER AFTER THE MARKET OPENED!
I made a purchase only about an hour after close yesterday and this morning I got a notice saying my order was canceled. WHY?! I BOUGHT THOSE STOCKS! YOU CAN'T CANCEL AFTER I BOUGHT THEM IF I GOT THEM BEFORE YOU CLOSED THE TRADE TO BUY!
Class action lawsuit incoming!

I've Robinhood account for about 3 years now but have been seriously using it about a few weeks ago. I transferred my money into Robinhood's account and would want to start my trading. However, i notice my account is locked because of B-Notice issue. The problem is that Robinhood didn't even have instant chat or phone to reach out for immediately issue. I emailed them a few times in the past 1.5weeks. Zero respond to address the issue. At this time, I'm really frustrated that my money has already transferred but Robinhood preventing me from trading.
Overall, I'm considering finding another trading service. I think Robinhood don't take their Customer issues seriously. Let say, what if you have an issue while using their App. This can be a serious lost because you cannot reach out to their customer support to resolve your problem immediately. With trading you can gain or lose a significant amount of money within a few hours or days. I hope Robinhood will reconsider to take their customer support seriously.

I am not a big fish invested, just a disabled Veteran trying to get in on a little money making. I will make this simple and short. When I would make a deposit it would take couple days to come out of my checking account. Then one day they got there wires crossed. They tried to take a deposit that didn't exist or had already been taken out. That account only kept the amount that I owed them. ((For scams or anything like this) when I looked at my actual Robinhood hold account EVERYTHING was wrong my investments and they said I owed them almost $500. They kept trying to take out money from my checking over and over again. They disregarded all ofy Emails to there customer service and even my replies to there own emails to me. Absolute impossible to reach anyone on the phone. I don't know what to do besides report to the BBB. I use other APPS for similar investments and haven't had any issues like I have with this Robinhood. The only advice I k ow to be true is "don't put all your eggs in one basket".

They sold my put contracts and I lost 66.77%of my account value when I could have made profits. Almost died that day after my BP suddenly shot up from the sudden shock. I immediately contacted support which is useless by the way, told me a supervisor would call. 15 minutes later a supervisor called and was super rude and unconcerned to the point that he hung up on me, saying I will not get my contracts back and he was not gonna talk to me about anything. If a human being could know what these investment losses mean for people, he wouldn't have acted like a devil.I went back to customer support online to request a different supervisor and they said I will be contacted the next day. When one called me the next day, I didn't wanna talk to them anymore, that day I could not go to work because I got so sick from high BP and chest pain. I just decided to deactivate my account and never use Robinhood in my life! I told all my traders group members to switch to WeBull. I would never recommend Robinhood in this life or any other. They are scammers, they take your assets for cheap so that they can sell in profits. Actually in this life, I can only encourage people to short down their HOOD stock to 0.001. That's how much I hate robinhood!

This is a misleading app. You can not get your money out when you want it. They make it ridiculously hard to get your own money out. THEN- When you go to get your money out, they pull a fast one with the way that they word the *transfer*! I have screenshots from the rep even saying that many of their customers make that *mistake*- which means Robinhood gets to sit on YOUR money for another two weeks! They are probably in financial trouble! Please don't do it! Go to a reputable broker! This place is a complete sham! THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN TO THE MEDIA... CONSUMER REPORTS AND THE BBB

This is absolutely TERRIBLE I would never refer anyone. Reached out for support in canceling a deposit and the representative refused to help me (YES THERE IS A WAY TO CANCEL A PENDING DEPOSIT) when It got returned I reached out to several reps. One threatened to close and investigate my account for fraud. I then get a notice that my account will be permanently closed. AFTER I REACHED OUT FOR SUPPORT 3 TIMES! Now I am being charged a return fee, and the original amount of my shares. Though I purchased with my own money! Theft is what it is
