Placed order May 7th with very fine print stating it was on back order. It said expected ship date of May 21. Called when not received after a May 27. Several times on hold, first time 1 hour and second time 2 hours! Finally talked with someone and was to, d it had JUST come in and was being shipped. Took 4 days to get info on when it was shipped to find out it was being shipped THAT very day. What timing. Took a day to get tracking info with a delivery date of June 5th, then June 7th, then June 8th and now June 10. But now I can't track it. Will NOT use them again.
We have called emailed and written letters to stop this company from sending magazines and they still do!

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts in June, I received a bikini that I did not order. I called them they stated send it back. I sent it back and a month later no shorts and I was billed for shorts. I called and cancelled the shorts. Here we are oct. 29 and I get a call from a colle tion agency saying I owe on my Roamans. I called Roamans spoke to a Cheryl who transferred me to a Teesha. TEESHA stated I owe nothing but I need to speak to collections. I said to her no you need to notify collections that I owe nothing. She then stated no we are all in the same office. I told her stay on the line and I will call collections and we can straighten this out. She said I can't. God Bless Bonnie at the collection agency that said she would call Roamans and get it straightened out. I was on hold for awhile but she came back and it was taken care of by the collection agency! I'm calling Roamans and canceling my card but I'm also going to write multiple letters to corporate office and the better business bureau! 5 months of aggravation!
I will still give this site 5 stars because it is one of the few places on earth I can find clothing that is actually true to size for Plus Sized women. I can't count how many times I ordered a 3x in other stores and it turned out to be more like an XL or 1X when I receive it. Returns are very easy, too, though I rarely have to use this service as long as I read the size charts for everything I purchase. I just received a cool shirt today in a size larger than normal and it is just what I was looking for: light denim, loose, long and super comfy. I can wear it over a house dress and not even have to don a bra when I go down to the apt. Mailbox or trash chutes. Just love it, and it was only $22.50 with free shipping on special, the day I bought it. I also got a $4.99 fuschia sweatshirt to sweeten the deal, though that won't be shipped 'til the new year. I have bought many long dresses from Roamans, which are just darling, and all in that $20-$30 price range when on sale. Excellent for summer wear as they are sleeveless, but can be coupled with some kind of wrap for cooler weather. And many tunic tops and stretchy pants as well. I am attaching a pic of the shirt I received today, but it's still very wrinkled from the box and will look better after washing.

I placed an online (international - Canada) order in mid-December, 2020. I did not receive an email confirmation of that order so thought it had not been sent and repeated the online order. Again I did not receive an email conformation, so I gave up, thinking online international ordering was not possible. However, within 2 weeks both orders were charged to my Mastercard and in two more weeks I received by UPS two duplicate orders! Of course, I need to return one of these, plus two of the items in the order I am keeping which are defective. However, the UPS return-label site Roamans invoices gave for printing a return shipping label do not work, in spite of my repeated attempts over a period of time., I have also called Roamans customer service and been told they do not deal with international returns and that I needed to contact Roamans by post. I did so, and cc'd Full Beauty Brands and UPS as well with my request in a detailed letter mailed February 5,2021. To date (March 13,2021) the only recipient of my concern who has contacted me has been UPS. They tell me they cannot help, since the site for printing a return label is the responsibility of the shipper, which is Roamans.
Since I have been unable to get any kind of a response from Roamans and have found even their online processes to be defunct I am suspecting the company has gone out of business. If they are still in business I would caution anyone against ordering anything you are absolutely sure you would not need to return, since their return process seems to be non-existent.

Although Roaman's has super cute styles, their quality is an issue you have to be careful with. It's best to wait for a sale, if you can. I ordered a beautiful chiffon blouse, that had an awkward fit. Definitely not true to size. I didn't return it, but it was an experience learned.
Poor service from via their Contact Us number. They put me on hold and hung up. This happened twice, the third time I got through but it was a waste of my time. I received no help. They sent me a coupon code with an order. I read it thoroughly and placed an order that met their exclusions so it should have posted to the order. It would post then disappear then post then disappear. They could not help me on the phone and seemed miffed that I called. After 2 hours of this I finally gave up.
After reading some of the other reviews here I see I was better off not buying from them again!
