Didn't pick up the car on the day/time we had received confirmation for.

I'd like a delivery estimate at time of deposit.

One week apart, 25% increase in pricing. Drop in fuel prices. Employee promised to get back to me and never did.

Driver gave a particular day to deliver, and then called and said it would be a day later.
