There was a dent in the side of the rear passenger side door that wasn't there before. The driver was rude and refused to pick up or drop off from the promised locations. I saw a giant car carrier with porches and Lamborghinis that was larger than his carrier on west gulf drive in Sanibel. Your driver made me go to fort Myers and wait an hour and a half. He threatened to impound my car, so I brought 2 deputies with me. This was not a good experience. I've moved my cars over the years and never had an issue. I would not recommend using this driver again. The people I called from your company seemed very nice and polite but they had no control over this driver. I felt bad for them & was extremely polite when I spoke to them. That driver was a maniac.

The booking process was very easy and after requesting a bid, I received almost an immediate response. The vehicle was picked up and delivered just as promised. The driver was very efficient and courteous asking if there was anything else he could do.

The driver was very patient and accommodating when he arrived and I wasn't immediately available to meet him and get my car. He waited until I got there and picked up the car even though he had his own time schedule and was feeling the pressure. I appreciated it!

Car was covered in oil spots and other fluids causing marks on the paint. The delivery driver used old hard wax to attempt to remove a spot and ended up searching the paint.
It's a breeze booking online. Need to follow up 2x to get it going. Overall, satisfied.
