Appreciate that when it gave the ONLINE quote that i did not get bombarded with phone calls (there are reasons I did it online - if i wanted to talk on the phone I would have called the number provided) So i greatly appreciate it. Also it was seamless going from the quote to actual booking.

My order was canceled by a driver and left in limbo for weeks. It took over a month until I finally was assigned a driver. And each new driver was several hundreds more than my initial quote. Very unhappy about that.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Do not waste your money or time on this company. My parents booked Road Runner Auto Transport to pick their cars up in FL today. They reached out to Road Runner via chat (they don't answer their phones) - they had been chatting w/ Brittni since 11am and were told the drivers pick up window is between 9am - 9pm which was not mentioned in the sales process. They were promised a return follow up phone call but that never happened - all communication was initiated on our end. FINALLY at 5:30 pm we were told the driver was 2 hours out. It's now 11:39 pm and no driver and no phone call. This is absolutely unacceptable - this company should be ashamed. They take your money and lie to you all day on day of the scheduled pick up and they do not even give you the courtesy of a single follow up call from anyone. Read their reviews this seems to be their MO... the reviews don't lie and are accurate. Find alternate auto transport needs or you'll be sorry.

Increasing the price on the original quote at the last minute was definitely used as a 'do you want this car delivered on time or not', after-the-fact, price gauging tactic which I did not appreciate. The driver who delivered the vehicle was two days ahead of schedule with no notice and spoke very broken English which made it impossible to understand and communicate. The driver flat-out refused to deliver the car to my address as promised and what I paid for and made me drive an additional 20 minutes away to an unsafe, middle of a major highway drop off location. His form of communicating this new drop off location was with an actual photo of an intersection (buildings and all) from his iPhone which was not helpful because he was 2 towns away from where I live. Because I was so confused, I waited at another drop off location we had agreed upon( a Walmart parking lot 7 minutes from my house) for an additional 20 minutes before I finally called him to see where he was and he said he stopped driving in the random town he took that picture from... After finally arriving to the driver's location, I had to leave the new car there and arrange additional transportation to get both cars back to my home which was another 40 minutes back and forth in the car and traffic. The drop off driver could barely drive a manual transmission car so that was also painful to watch. This was less than an enjoyable transaction and I will not be rushing back to use Road Runner as a transport service again. The drivers have zero accountability to the service that Road Runner promises.
