I placed an order for a rifles that the website said was in stock. The order was accepted and the charge posted to my account. The hold they put on your payment drops off in about a week. When they did that I called and checked on the order and was told everything was on track. I get an email from them 17 days from when I placed the order telling me that my order was cancelled. When I checked they told me that the warehouse probably miscounted and so the order was cancelled. There are other dealers online who ship much faster and are very good on prices. I don't recommend this company at all.

I've ordered 3 guns on RK guns. On the second one I ordered it said it was in stock and after waiting over 10 day they canceled my order saying it was out of stock. I give them another chance and recently ordered a rifle. It's been over 14 days and I inquired about it and they gave me a generic email saying it hadn't been shipped and that I would get an email when it was and that there 7-10 day sipping time is counted only M-F. So 7-10 days is more like 15 days or more. If you order from RK guns it will take you About a month to get your gun in hand after shipping and the Illinois 3 Day waiting period. Plus the extra fee it cost to call you in to the state. I will say i've had a good experience with RK Employees at the gun counter I wish they would let them have a better variety a guns to sell over-the-counter.

I ordered my Taurus Judge 3" revolver almost a month ago after I was notified that it was back in stock. I paid for it with my credit card and waited patiently for it. Today, I received a email from the company telling me that my order was Canceled because,
Unfortunately, due to extreme volume and the current state of our nation, we are seeing issues with finding and acquiring inventory. The product in your requested order falls into that scenario and we are now forced to cancel your order.
This is Unbelievable and shows their unconcern for their Customers. I will never shop in their stores again and will tell everyone about their SCAM COMPANY!

This place is horrible. I tried to order a gun they said they needed ffl to ship to. Sent paperwork three times the ffl tried to contact by phone. I recieved emails times 4 over a 10 day period from rk asking me to call in. I called total of 8 times on hold an hour each time that's 8hrs on hold over 10 days they never answered. Sent replies to their emails to me also emailed customer service as well as my ffl vendor doing the same. Never got one reply never got to speak to one person they canceled my order because the did not hear from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are a joke.

I recently purchased an ez9 snw pistol at Clarksville tn store. Although I had to order it online as they had sold out at the store. The process was painless. I printed out copies of the transaction as it went along. They kept updating as to the progress of my order. True to their time frame the order came in. At the store we did the background check. 15 minutes later we were out the door. The salespeople were all curtious and very helpfull throughout the process. As I am not a new gun buyer and have purchased shotguns, rifles, revolvers and pistols at other various stores this was a pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to make additional purchases from them. Keep up the good work RK and thanks! John O.

Rkguns.org is an online scam. Don't sent them bitcoin for your purchase of a gun. You will not get your guns or your money back.

I started dealing with RK GUNS on April of 2020. I bought the S&W 40 VE on -line for $279.00. $100.00 under my local gun store. RK had it in stock, where no other dealers had it in stock anywhere for any price. I received gun 10 days after placing order. Since then I have purchased 4 other firearms. RK has unbeatable $ prices as well as fast shipping. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RK GUNS FOR ON- LINE FIREARM ORDERS!

I ordered a m and p 15-22 on the 1st of the month. A week later I check and it is still processing so ask if they are waiting on FFL and they say yes. Would have been nice to know or be notified but oh well so call and FFL is no longer in business so call to change it. Can't update so now have to submit a new order but no worries the item that was IN STOCK at the time of purchase is still assigned to me on the new order. This is on the 7th. On the 27th I reach out as it's still processing and am told they are waiting on the vendor. Wait so it was on BACK ORDER. In stock and back order are 2 different things. So reached out to cancel my order on the 30th. I missed out on 2 other notifications for other rifles of the same price for these guys.

They are very slow at processing online orders They say it is in stock but they don't let you know on up dates to where your order is.

Absolutely the worst I've come across. The DMV is easier to deal with. They screw up, YOU pay. They fail to ship, YOU pay. You get the wrong thing sent to you, YOU pay! YOU pay for all their mistakes and then get SNOTTY service rep "helping" you, who yells it's YOUR fault THEY screwed up. Like buying from a bunch of 3 year olds who can only say, "MINE"!
Absolutely the worst! Of course this is only an opinion, but you can't say you weren't informed. Go ANYWHERE else!

Got an email on September 2 at 11am gun was in stock order completed at 1120 am order shipped September 4 at 730 am now it is 2.5 he from mattoon ill.to Lafayette in was shipped on rk truck called store at 4 pm they said they got 4 trucks that day but not my gun it would take upto 10 days the gun to arrive on 10th day no gun called customer service and on hold 2 hr hung up on after 1 hr the first time they have no idea were it is. The day after I ordered it the price raised 50 dollars and sold out again no way to track this is the 2nd time this year to get screwed by rk guns the first I ordered 1000 ends 9mm ammo in stock ready to ship and never got it after 3 months was told they were shipping ammo to stores first after I played for it I would have to wait until they got stores stocked first.

I got ripped off and RK wouldn't set it right. I put in an order for a bunch of Ammo, paid $$$ for shipping and got 10% of the load. Called them and they blew me off, big time. I WON'T BUY FROM RK EVER AGAIN!
That is my lawful OPINION and I'm sticking to it. Awful experience...

Another story of ordering a firearm that says "in stock", receiving a purchase conformation and waiting the 3 weeks to find out it's suddenly out of stock. Figure it out kids.

It's been over a week since I ordered a pistol, the Lafayette, IN store had the very same pistol back in stock, no one called or text me to come in and pick one up. Poor business.

Ok first off this is an honest reveiw i order an handgun they said 10 to 14 days i was getting alitte impatient at times mostly cause i was excited anyways the purchase was easy as pie shipped out quick i would of had it quicker but hoildays past and did not help the only thing i feel needs to happen is better trackment on items thats it most of the reps were clueless but again its rkguns problem the people are followong protocall anyways all in all great experience and will shop for another weapon for sure

Placed an order from RKGuns.com for a handgun. Handgun was in stock on the site. Placed my order, entered payment information, and selected FFL for the transfer that was already in their system. Received email on Friday stating RK needed updated FFL in 7 days or order would be cancelledy. Called the FFL & they forwarded information on Monday morning. That day, I receive an email stating the item was OOS. I called Customer Svc to inquire, and was informed that they "don't start processing orders until they have all the required info". So, didn't process until UPDATED FFL info was sent.

In other words, the handgun I ordered was sold out from under me because RK didn't have updated FFL info. If you want decent customer service, SKIP RKGUNS!

BTW... ordered the same handgun from a small shop, got a better price, and it was shipped the same day!
