I purchased a rifle from these people. Waited damn near 3 weeks for it finally comes go to get the background check of course this stupid pandemic is happening and my background is sitting there for 3 weeks. I got tired of waiting and just asked them to return my money seeing as I never received the gun, Sat on hold for 2 hours get through had them tell me my gun was not in the store which I knew it was because I saw it looked at it and was getting my background for it. Called them back a second time on hold for 2 hours they told me they would issue the refund got an email about a credit memo still haven't seen the refund. Don't buy from these people they are shady at best

Their shipping is slower that the pony express. 7-10 days is just not competitive. They still haven't shipped it and then their is the shipping time added on to the 7-10 days. I think they ship every other Sunday. First and last purchase online for me. I have gone into Rural King and bought gun in store without these issues.

On Serbia I ordered a ruger 9 mm carbeen, Their website stated that the product was in stock and would require 7 to 10 days for pick up. Today is February 21st, the item still has not shipped. After a nearly 40 minute phone call with customer service I am told that the item should ship before March but no guarantee. These people are sewing items that they don't have in stock And have no idea when they will receive them. I suggest never order any firearm from RK guns If you expect to receive it in a timely manner. RK gums is more than happy to take your money until you piss off and wait.

I have bought many firearms and ammo from my store in Indiana and have never had an issue. Our store always has great selection and very helpful staff. It's the only store I go to anymore for firearms. Seems like these new liberal gun owners buying guns due to covid got mad about the red tape!

Like most I dislike being sent adverts and flyers for items that are out of stock and, in many cases, have been out of stock for some time. However my real beef is that they use Norton as their online purchasing antivirus protection which is owned by Symantec. I find that laughably ironic as Symantec is on record as being anti 2A and has given money to anti gun organizations and it's officials have made many disparaging comments regarding the NRA and their members such as referring to them as NRAtards. In short, RKGuns is paying for services from an entity that is against your right to purchase firearms while selling firearms. Norton, through Symantec, then uses those profits to lobby against those very same guns. Either RKGuns didn't do their due diligence or doesn't have a problem with it.

They also take Payments via Cashapp and BTC was difficult for me at first since I am 76 and not a Tech but was given help by their agent online and got my firearm delivered within 5 Days

Ordered a handgun that the website showed in stock. Waited 20 business days and started calling company, all they had to say, was that my order was processing. 34 days later, I receive an email stating that the gun was out of stock, that I would have to wait. I will never order or shop in there stores again and neither will my friends and family and everyone else I can warn. I will be following up this email by reporting to the BBB.

Rk guns sends me sales ads almost every single day. I have contemplated buying several firearms from them but virtually every single gun they have listed is always marked as out of stock. Why even send out these sale ads when 90 percent of everything posted is not available and no time frame is given as to when or if these guns will ever be back in their inventory again. I realize these are tough times but don't inform me of all the amazing prices you offer if you have nothing to sell anyway. Huge disappointment from this company, and it sounds like their customer service is pretty horrible too! Tim in Roanoke, Va.

Just don't. Whatever would posses you to ever buy a gun from Rural King... just don't do it!... they're nasty, fraudulent, unlawful, dis-respectful, they do not support a buyer... they could care less about anyone... THEY'RE the one's doing YOU a favor just by existing!... STAY AWAY unless you're stupid...

I purchased my online order of a hand gun two weeks ago. No problem. I live in Kentucky and the store it had to ship to was in Jeff., Indiana. Okay. I received my confirmation email it was in-store and ready for pick up. It's a 45 min round trip, plus toll fees... I get there and the clerk tells me I can't pick it up because I'm a Kentucky resident and this is Indiana. NO WHERE on their website or throughout my transaction process did a pop-up, tag, or email indicate that Kentucky residents can not buy/pick-up a handgun in Indiana. So I've cancelled my online order and am waiting for my refund. Oh, and I still have to pay the $12.99 shippingthat, won't be refunded. RK just lost all of my future business, my family's, and friends & clients that I will inform.

As many, I repeat MANY others have said, "in stock" means nothing and neither does the stated timeframe. I waited a full month to receive a supposedly in stock rifle and my local store is only a 4 hour drive from the RK distribution center/warehouse that the rifle shipped from. I called customer service and they couldn't tell me anything, neither could the store. $1300 rifle and nobody can tell me where it is. In the end, turns out for the $12.99 shipping, they throw it on the same semi that is already headed to the local store with another load of mostly imported junk that they sell these days. There are multiple online gun stores that will ship to your local FFL transfer point and have it to you in 2-3 days. I gave RK a try and will never make the mistake again. In fact, I'll never buy from their gun counter again either.

I have bought several guns from RK Guns using the same credit card. Suddenly, I can't buy guns due to their third party fraud company. When I called them, they were of no help at all and said they couldn't tell me anything or help me because the third party fraud company flagged the sale.
What kind of company lets the tail wag the dog? It's ridiculous that they could tell me anything or rectify the issue.
Now I see why they have such a poor rating.

I see a lot of negative reviews here but I have made 2 purchases that were nothing but a great experience. I did make a third purchase that seemed to take a little longer than expected. When I contacted Customer Service via email, they responded within 30 minutes. They apologized and told me that the order had to be canceled. I completely understand given the current climate, I assume that only so many were available and I was last one to order.
