The swimsuits are of good quality and fit according to the measurement.It worth pays a little more price for a decent product.
Yet i'm not satisfied with tracking code updates. A wrong/missing code was given, i was not able to track the delivery process and it arrived at the door when there was no one home.
Also there is no free shipping options to Hong Kong even i purchased USD>100, how unfair i must pay for express shipping and S. F. express requires extra fee for home delivery. Again without a correct tracking code, i won't be able to contact the local logistic company to change delivery at the store.

If there was an option to give this company zero stars, I would have. I ordered a bathing suit and it was too small. I looked over their return options prior to ordering and it did in fact state that a refund onto the credit card it was purchased with was acceptable but when I emailed them to ask for a refund they responded by stating that I had to wait for a representative to contact me with info for the return. Three weeks later and about three more emails stating the same thing, I never heard from their representative. I sent a final email expressing my disapproval of their service and they never responded, never heard back from them again. Zero customer service, they are clearly a scam, DO NOT order anything from them.

I purchased a white monokini from this Company, which I tried on as soon as I received it. It fit great. But a few weeks later, I went into the pool with it, and the glue that they used to attach the eyelets to the fabric must have been red and cheap, because it bled all around the eyelets. The stains would not come out, so I requested a refund.
They refused to refund me what I had paid for the bathing suit, and simply offered a 50% credit towards another likely defective suit.
I gave them a chance to make things right, but they did not respond.
I posted an honest review on this Company's website about this bathing suit to warn others. This review is mysteriously not on their website, where they are only give 4-5 stars.
Be VERY careful about ordering anything from them, as they did NOT stand behind their product, which turned out to be defective.

The swimming suits I received has been missing the hygienic liner sticker. The overall quality was very poor. When i requested to refund the merchandises, then they will let you know the shipping cost is NOT refundable. The return address is in Mexico, so the shipping cost from the US to Mexico is expensive which could be more than the price of the swimming suites. Also, the refund can only be store credit which does not make sense. Since the quality was so bad, why the customers still want to order anything from this store again?!

Im from Perth, Australia and always love going to the beach whenever I have chance. Recently I gained some bulk on the most obvious parts that would not look nice with my usual choice of micro bikini, I opted to go for this one piece marvel. I like the style and was slightly hesitant of the fit, but just looking at it I know it would be helpful in camouflaging my slight bulges. I got it in 5 days after placing the order. And it fits just right, perfect! So happy because I was not expecting it from a shop I had not tried before. This sort of vacation tour I am on, gives me lots of unexpected to think about.

Processing an order takes little time. Order flow is easy to follow. Great choice for shipping, like express when you're in a hurry. I was. Got my swimsuit in 2days. Customer service rep was really responsive. And their sale prices really helped me.

Ive placed 3 orders on Riviera Coco now, and each time I like the company and concept more and more. The products are awesome, super sexy bikinis, the quality is surprising and client support on Facebook is fast + effective. Shopping at Riviera Coco has been a wonderful experience and I find myself telling about the site for many friends ;) Keep surprising us!

I have ordered from Riviera Coco for the first time. I am very pleased with the stuff I got. The quality of beachwear is great and the items are the same as in the picture. I was really amazed. DHL delivery service was super fast and easy to track. Stuff is very affordable and there are lots of beautiful bikinis. I am sure that I will purchase items in future from Riviera coco. Hi writin a short review for Riviera Coco, super cute styles... I waited for weeks before finally jumping... soooooooo it is GREAT! Cheeky I admit but overal I love it. Shipping (regular) was not expensive. I highly recommend. They have a cool online community on insta/pinterest too.
