After the last purchase a few years ago. I said I would never purchase a vehicle again because of transport cost and fees are better/safer for dealers & salvage yards. Also now it's being changed a fee for the vehicle, that had set in the yard for months before sale! A few extra days. All Total cost Over 10x winning bid!

The vehicle listing says runs and drives
Upon arrival one battery was missing since it's a diesel truck with 2 battery's someone took one and all necessary tie downs. The listing showed the cluster working and radio on. The truck isn't responding with a new battery no lights on the dash nor does it turn on.

Bought a 2004 Ford Excursion V10 Eddie Bauer. Only had 91,000 miles and price was fair- in very good shape for 2004. Knew in advance of bidding what shipping cost/fees would be. Needed it for towing trailer. Shipped from NJ to western CO in less than week after purchase. I highly recommend Ride Safely. Delivered when they said,driver "Ross" from Ukraine was wonderful, title shipped FedEx week of purchase. Had been trying to buy at auction for 2 or 3 years using other brokers with no success and forfeited deposit to one broker who then couldn't provide transport. Customer Service actually answers the phone- quickly! A rarity these days. A great experience all around.

Global Auto Auctions has the best selection of clean title and salvage vehicles I have seen on any website. Although I had to place bids on over 5 vehicles before I did buy one, it was a bit frustrating I am ultimately very content with my purchase. My advice is do not have your heart set on one vehicle, bid on as many as possible it increases your chances of WINNING!

My 2011 Chevy Malibu was stolen a couple weeks ago and even though they didn't have it in their system showing my car was in their possession im thankful. They didn't have to help and didn't have to look but they did so I'm giving them 5 stars. Having a car stolen is very stressful and I've had littkr help. So just for ride safely to even look in their data base is a lot of help so far for me in this situation. Thanks you for your help much love and many blessings
I was high bidder on an Audi Q5 at 8k. Received email notification that I was high bidder. Watched the auction. The Q5 sold at $7700. I contacted ridesafely as to why I didn't win the car. They claimed they had no record of the car going thru the auction. I watched it. Apparently someone connected got it.
They now get to keep my 10% deposit for 5 days, or more, while I wait and hope I get a refund of my
10%. My suggestion would be to steer clear of this service. Others may be legit.

Bought a 986 boxster. Car so called in driving condition. No serious exterior damage. All keys included.
Finally when arriving at harbor, no keys at all, soft top window ripped. According to the company, not a ridesafely problem. Loaded as is, then came the real surprises... no oil, no water, wrong battery, all relays and fuses misssing. Further investigation gives a piston/valve damage... a 10k project became a 25k nightmare, thanks to this great untrustworthy company called ridesafely.
Overall the bidding is on point with no delays. The best part is the customer service. Very friendly and informative when you need something or have a question. The hole process was easy and the shipping department was easy also. I give it 5 stars great job guys.
The after care from this company is the absolute worst. You have to be cautious when paying. They will charge you the auction fee for a non licensed buyer. When in fact you pay them to purchase in their position as a licensed buyer netting Ridesafely an additional profit. They are dishonest. Forget it if you need a duplicate title. IAAI CHARGES 100.00 in ohio for a duplicate. Ridesafely will tell you they charge 189.00

We apologize that you had a negative experience with our company. We do not charge a non-license fees to our customers. If there is an error, we would gladly fix it. Yes, IAA does charge $100 for a duplicate title. However, there are more fees involved in getting a duplicate like obtaining a money order, FedEx fees back and forth and obviously labor being involved. We do suggest customers not send their titles and important documents via regular mail as it does get lost sometimes and obtaining a duplicate title could be costly and sometimes even impossible.
We strive to be as honest and clear about all fees and instructions prior to you even bidding on the item. If you see anything wrong, we appreciate you pointing it out as things may change instantly and errors may occur.
