Pick up car was not as described,was told to paid more
The customer service is amazing they always ready to respond any question. Very patient personal even if you don't speak good English,and very truthfully company. This is my 5 or 6 business through them I'll recommend

Vehicle arrived as expected. Being able to wire transfer from a Chase bank branch makes me feel better. This was my fourth vehicle thru this site and all 4 were smooth transactions.
Customer Service was phenomenal. This was my first time purchasing a car from an auction and they made it very easy. The purchasing and shipping of the vehicle was very simple since I used them for the whole process. Whenever I had a question, I simply called and they addressed all that I needed. Great job Ridesafely team! Shipping was extremely fast too, I was amazed.
Helpful staff and good selection
Vehicle was not at specified location when I arrived to pick up. Had to go to another place and then someplace else from there to get. No paperwork upon pick up and am still waiting to receive paperwork over a week later.
They are great to work with but it's very hard to receive the pickup address and document info in a timely manner with only 3-days to pick up the vehicle.
If it's a late auction, they still include the day it's sold so you really only have 1.5 days to schedule a pick up once your receive the pick up info
First experience have been walked thru so far am very pleased, my purchase has arrived and I am very pleased, and have recommended Ridesafely to a friend and he has already made a purchase and awaiting delivery.
This is the 3rd car I bought and very happy with the transaction. The staff was very helpful and cordial. They secured the shipping at a cheaper rate then I was able to and handled the transaction A-Z.
Not really excited about wiring money, the storage fee chart makes you think it's a 5 dollar a day storage fee, can't pick up on the weekend so that racks up the fees, expect long lines at pick up.
They place the incorrect model in writing compare to what the pictures was.

Easy and accurate buying process. The vehicle was exactly as described. Processing was done quickly despite it being a holiday weekend.
However, do NOT use "Fast autoship llc" to ship your vehicle. They charged twice as much as quoted and were 3 days late!

I have purchased the mentioned car from you almost 5 months ago. It has taken a long time to be delievered to my location - having aquaintances who have bought previously from you and recieved their cars in maximum 2-3 months. The car, being bought for business purposes, has lost its value more than expected.
This is not the main issue, though. I can understand that it is not your fault and delays may exist (even though a doubling in expected shipment time is clearly not normal). The car arrived just two days ago to my location. And it has unmentioned and unphotographed damage. It is not a simple scratch, but a considerable damage - which will cost me a lot of money. Of course there is even more unexpected damages, in the interior and exterior of the car, but more easily and cheaply solvable (still I have to pay for them).
But this is unacceptable. The door sill is completely torn down. There is no ornament on it anymore, either. In the photos provided by you, there is only evidence of the exterior of the door, where you can the damage of the door itself, not the destroyed sill. I have attached the photograph that I realized, so that you hopefully understand the gravity of the situation. The sill, however can not be seen in ANY photos, not even from CRB, the shipment company that delievered the product. At least if they provided it, I would have noticed you earlier. They did not. Neither did you, in the first place. The damage was deliberately hidden.
Seeing what happened, I demand a compensation to resolve the problem. I await your response, along with an estimation of the cost of repair. If you do not respond, I will make sure to alter your image on all your online platorms.

Was able to bid on many vehicles till I found one in my price range. Used there transport service to get the salved car. They even pushed it into my garage very happy wonderful experience. Will use this service again and will recommend the this site.
Never buy there, they wont give you the car even if you win, they outbid you when the market is close, you will never have a good deal.
My first time purchasing a car through auction. I asked many questions online and was beyond surprised when i received a call that the car was available. The car arrived a week later. We are very satisfied with the whole experience.
I bought a car from this site. This was a hug mistake. After I bought the car I was told the car had NO key. This was the beginning of one of the biggest cluster f%cks I have ever encountered. I spoke to people at ridesafely and informed them that I was out of town and that they needed to get a key for the car. I was told by RS that they would find a transporter. The next time I got a call it was the transporter saying he was in Texas where I lived with the car. I called to set up a locksmith at the last minute because the car is all wheel drive and cant be put into neutral.The locksmith couldn't get the key programed so the transporter dropped my car off at some impound lot. I then find out that the car was picked up by some other transporter and dropper at my house. At no time did I know this and was not told until it was done. I did not authorize this and I was not asked before it was done.
I was later contacted by Ride safely and told I owed them more money for transport and if I didn't pay I was not going to get the title of the car that I paid for in full.
This has been such a total CLuster F88k. Check out the BBB and you will see the truth.

You purchased this vehicle knowing that it did not start because that was disclosed on our website. You admitted that you started researching the vehicle after you paid for it to find out that it did not have a key and that, supposedly, the engine was shot due to the previous owner overheating it. You were then informed that a forklift would be needed to remove the vehicle from the long-haul carrier.
You advised that you ordered a fob key and that a locksmith would be making a key for the vehicle once it was delivered. Although your locksmith was there at time of delivery, he did not have a clue as to how to program a key for your vehicle.
In order to avoid any damage to the vehicle and since a forklift was not available, I had the long-haul carrier take it to the nearest car auction where they would be able to remove your vehicle with a forklift. Upon arrival at the auction, our driver made arrangements for a local flatbed tow truck to take your vehicle to your house for an additional fee. This additional local tow fee, for which we did not budget in our transport quote, based on your claim that a locksmith would be available to make a key, is what is still owed to us.
We truly hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
