Ok so here's my two cents worth
I contacted RideBikeGear.com about a concern on their website
I received nothing but name calling and abuse, to both myself and my wife. And this was a complaint to the official email address *******@ridebikegear.com
So I did my research, Holy cow, the internet is full of complaints
Check it out for yourself

Listen Riders Do yourself a favour, Avoid these people
Extremely Poor and abusive customer service, Bad judgement, and can not be contacted by phone to complain about the complaints department,
If you would like copies of the abusive emails they sent me, contact me and I will send them to you
This is total $#*! operation! Don't buy anything from these losers. They don't give a phone number and they never give a name. Ordered saddle bags that did not line up with my Road King and thought I should send them back but wanted to see if I could make it fit and did so. The locking hinge never worked right then came apart. I sent them an email, I need the left side. After 6 weeks I received the wrong side. Contacted then and they never responded. I hope these people go out of business soon and that the people associated with this company are recognized for their $#*! existence!
Ordered tour pak and light bar. Horrible quality, pak arrived scratched, holes would not line up, "chrome" light bar was plastic and at that it the light was sticking out of the bar on one side. Tried to find dealer or tech, but no one in town would install this piece of crap! Contacted customer service (they don't provide a phone number, just an email) they were terribly rude and insulting to boot!
Bags arrived in a loosely packed beat up box. Bags were cracked and the paint was marred. I had difficulty communicating with a company with no phone number and no return address. Via email, the company refused to pay return shipping then called me a *******@ing *******@bag when I initiated a dispute with my visa. Ups picked up his garbage and visa refunded me. Thank goodness.
I had an issue with my trunk. UPS damaged it in transit. I contacted the company, and received a response within 24 hours. They replaced the trunk free of charge. All they requested were some photographs so they could view the damage.
I'm happy with my trunk so far, and the price was great.
If you like receiving your order missing parts and no instructions from a company with no phone number then by all means order from ridebikegear. The price seemed good but I received the trunk missing nuts bolts and instructions. I emailed over and over again and never received a reply.
No phone number, only a e-mail and dont bother with that cause they dont respond at all. The kit says all mounting hardware, received none of it not no bolt. On further inspection of the light itself found one of the tabs holding the lens is broken off, and that the light itself broke free and is moving around inside of the housing. (Probably because it was shipped in a box that was 2x the size of the light with no packing) I will never do business with them again.
The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Seriously. Never replied to 3 e-mails. Received saddle bags in junk box, but surprizingly in good shape. Unfortunately, they did not fit my bike. They have no clue as to what they are doing. I have not heard from or seen my $399.95 dollars refund. This is why I deal through Pay Pal. They will follow up, get with the seller and garentee your refund. I am not a cursing man, but I have come up with some new words for ridebikegear.com. I hope you heed all of these reviews. If I had, Iwould not have the SAME problem every other person has written about. I hope this helps everyone.
Ordered these last week and they got here pretty fast... too fast I guess because they came with no bolts and screws other than what was in the lock assembly. Contacted Ridebikegear.com and they told me to go get the parts at the Harley shop and they'd refund me. Total cost was $63.73 with $42 of it being for the rubber bushings for the bottom bar, which Ridebikegear.com decides then to inform me that those are not part of their parts package. Nice! I got the right back assembled finally and mounted and then I did the same with the right one when I noticed a bubble, a fisheye or a bug under the paint on the top of the lid. It's big and looks like a bb under the paint. Ridebikegear.com thinks I'm stupid and tries to use the "it's the injection spot" which I know for a fact that parts like that the injection spot is on the inside. I asked for just a new lid and they won't do that either. I've asked for a return slip and they won't give me that either. Sure the price is nice but the "customer service" makes me feel like I'm dealing with AT&T. I'd recommend getting your hard bags somewhere else. My 2-cents.
I ordered the large king tour pack from ridebikegear out of Guelph Ontario, it was advertised in KIJIJI it arrived on time,, it was as I expected, not as good as quality as an OEm Harley one, but still a very good deal loks and fits great, no surprizes
I recommend their products
Abusive customer service, Wrong products sent, will not fit my bike. They refuse to refund. Avoid these scammers
