Carbon monoxide poisoning

Had furnace from Rheem installed last November and it was faulty and leaked carbon monoxide into house. I was poisoned for 18 days to finally discovered it was the new furnace. Blacked out for 3 days should have died. Have medical bills and it hasn't been till recently I'm starting to feel better.
