It's a scam, you do not get what they promise. They don't refund! It's robbery. I have been fighting with them for over 2 months. It's rubbish sent from China.

NEVER EVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY! I do wish I had read the reviews before... it was a Chinese company, but their website made them appear to be a UK-based company. I received a wig that looks nothing like the picture, poorly made, and encountered the same refund issues as many others. They offered me a paltry refund of £90 (I originally paid £151) or the option to return the wig to China at my own expense! Eventually, I managed to get some of my money back. Please please stay away from this pseudo company.

Dont buy from Rewigs! Terrible customer service. I followed the websites instructions on how to measure, size, style and color. I also read the return policy. I ordered 2 different styles in the same color and got totally 2 different colors,one was poker straight and the sizing is way off. When I emailed the return and refund dept. they gave me the run a round, and kept asking me to keep the wigs for a few days, but I told her that the color was " Red" and not the color I ordered. I sent pictures of the wigs, which clearly showed that the wig was the wrong color. After 7 emails back and forth,She argued with me saying that was the color I ordered. I said I was not satisfied and wanted a refund...well, she said that I would have to pay $20.00 for shipping back to them, which I expected, but then she said they would have to take off 12% handling charge,then she said:
PLEASE NOTE: Returning goods is Risky and may be detained by customs.
Of course these wigs are from China even though I thought I was ordering from a Canadain site! Or she would refund me only 18%. I was worried that if I wanted a full refund, I may not get it. So I took the 18% reluctantly. They sure make you jump through hoops to get any satisfaction. I will NEVER! NEVER! Order from REWIGS Or any other China shop again. They rip you off! I dont know how the can stay in business and rip people off. This is unacceptable. You can clearly see in the pictures below that the ones I received look nothing like the pictures in the receipt. Also there were no instructions on how to style, wash, curl or take care of these wigs. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

STOP! Go to another web site! I'm a cancer patient and thought buying a wig would help me with my self astern, but this wig is nothing like the picture, I did order real hair and this is not real hair so disappointed so do your self a favor and get off this web site and order from another!

This company is a scam. They aren't based in the UK though they claim to be. Bad cheap products. No address for returns. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this company! Cheap wig from China, don't waste your time and money! Very Disappointed!

The wig I purchased was meant to be 100% human hair. The quality is so bad that the hair tangles and comes out in handful when brushing. The wig doesn't fit well on the head and it gets matted up when shampooed and conditioned and even during while on my head. I am unable to remove the big chunks of tingled pieces without having to pull them out in chucks! I paid a lot for wig and after wearing it for over two months not regularly. I don't run or exercise in the hair. So it shouldn't have reacted this way. It's embarrassing to wear it because now the hair has thinned out! Company should not sell a product under false advertising. Their hair photos looks great online but it's a lot different from what you received when you get it!

All fake hairs from China. I thought they are U. K. based and spend £161. But instead I had synthetic plastic dolls hairs. They provided me fake China address and I spent another £30 for postage. They claimed not to received and not a single penny refund. I lost £200 and learnt my lesson, always read reviews. Don't go for their few good reviews as that are from their own people. Just read genuine buyers reviews and save your money. I will highly recommend NOT TO BUY FROM rewigs…

This wig arrived with an orange/pumpkin color and a texture similar to straw. The style looked nothing like the picture, it looked like a clown wig. The wig is so hideous that I could not donate it. Customer service is horrible, I only received a small refund after an exhausting battle with this company via emails. It is a shame that they are still in business.

I paid $416 for two hair pieces. Ordered dark blonde/brown, received bleached pale straw totally the wrong color. They pay no attention to your color choice at all. Guess I should be glad I received something, but like everyone else, I should have read these reviews first as Re-Wigs deletes negative reviews from its own site. If you want to take the gamble, USE PAYPAL not your credit card. I filed a Paypal claim and am priority mailing back to China for full refund. Paypal is the only protection you have as Chinese businesses rely on continued Paypal acceptance to sell internationally. They want and expect you to accept rubbish, throw your hands in the air and do nothing. Re-Wigs relies on people not returning products. Despite their low-ball refund offers and threats that my package might be stolen by customs/evaporate in flight/be dissolved by the COVID virus, the fight for right is worth it, and I mailed the entire order back today by priority tracked and insure international mail. Bought thinking I was buying in uk- Co.uk firm? Turns out item cane from china - which could be neither here nor there - in my case it was bad- I was sent a totally different item - they never made an attempt to offer correct item- I believe because they never ever had it In First place - I provided pictures I ordered short wig- sent long wig- I requested return and refund. I was told to go get it altered - series of nonsense emails from them was told to sell it to someone - then offered 1/3 off? So they send me rubbish and offer me 1/3 refund only. I had to report/raise dispute with PayPal - it was a clear cut case of not selling what you are advertising yet PayPal dragged it out asking for them to comment which they didn't. Case rules in my favour and it doesn't end here- I must send it back PayPal do not refund return costs ( but trader is rogue?) and track able to china- so I am out of pocket. They refused to reply to PayPal so I was told I would be refunded. I am left out of pocket paying return to China for an item I didn't order- PayPal have made no attempt to cease allowing this rogue trader to use their service which gives people a false sense of security - personal experience the company proved unethical and rogue - and I recommend to stay clear of them and also triple check if paying via PayPal the company is at least based in the uk- postage isn't cheap returning items to china! A terrible company to deal with. The wig I was sent looked hideously false - something you'd order for Halloween but not expect to pay £80 for the nonsense privilege

I have given two stars because of bad customer service. I'd give the quality of the piece 5 rating and service 1. I ordered two hair toppers, as multi-buy to choose one, from this shop recently. I emailed them saying that I would be returning one. They arrived around the estimated time of 2 weeks. The make and hair quality are lovely. I have kept one, and contacted them, as required, to return the other one. The website says, customer pays return postage, cost of sending the order postage to me and £10 handling costs. I had understood that and was fine with it. They are in China so communications happen with a 20+ hour difference in time. On contacting them about the return they emailed saying they'd charge 15% handling fee, I'd have to post it to China and pay duty taxes! I emailed saying this was not acceptable as it is not in their Return Policy statement. They would not budge. We exchanged several emails over 5 or more days. I realised my best option was to ask for a partial refund and keep the second one, hoping I can sell it on. I haggled with them but they agreed to give me only 30% refund and I agreed. Yesterday they said they're refunding the money and I am waiting to receive it. Fingers crossed. So, if you do buy from them make sure you would definitely want to keep it.

Do not under any circumstances USE this company to buy hair, advertising 100% genuine real human hair wigs and sending out cheap synthetic crap to consumers! They should be ashamed of themselves doing this to mostly vulnerable customers that have a need to purchase a wig in the first instance.

I tried to claim on my purchase after spending £319.00 with these devious characters and I was offered by the company £100 to keep them both, which are both unwearable and are all frizzy and wire at the ends. I refused this as I thought I would entail my trust in PayPal doing the right thing and giving me a full refund. I was initially granted a full refund if I return the goods in the state as delivered. Firstly I couldn't do that as they have went frizzy so re wigs win again and get to take my money, send to me a wig that if your lucky probably costs £25 to make and get away with it, mad is an understatement of how I feel as a consumer with very little rights it would appear.
You think you have a guarantee buying through PayPal but even that doesn't work to try and get your money back from the thief's.

If you want my advise stay away from this company never!
