I purchased from a company showing itself as co.uk but sending hoods out from China - goods completely different to that ordered. After politely asking company to refund and getting nonsense I raised a dispute to PayPal who protect sellers? My case was clear cut/ seller sending out rubbish - nothing like goods pictured yet I had to endure a drawn out process you reply they reply - you reply they reply- after much frustration PayPal advised I would be refunded but did not include return postage costs and rather curtly Advised you send item back giving me x days otherwise they would close dispute in sellers favour? I reminded I was not at fault and should be refunded postage- they wanted teachable return back to China - after much more frustration I received an email saying seller not responding to them so they will refund but not postage/ they don't refund postage / so you have a dishonest seller able to use their services giving impression all above board and they continue to allow them to trade dishonestly and catch more victims. PayPal dies not protect its members fully and does not address issue of dishonest sellers using their services. I was penalised for someone else's dishonesty. As for the tone of replies from PayPal- they leave much to be desired. Very poor customer service - they support rogues. I do not feel safe buying under them anymore and will be reviewing my options in the future to pay.

Bought thinking I was buying in uk- Co.uk firm? Turns out item cane from china - which could be neither here nor there - in my case it was bad- I was sent a totally different item - they never made an attempt to offer correct item- I believe because they never ever had it In First place - I provided pictures I ordered short wig- sent long wig- I requested return and refund. I was told to go get it altered - series of nonsense emails from them was told to sell it to someone - then offered 1/3 off? So they send me rubbish and offer me 1/3 refund only. I had to report/raise dispute with PayPal - it was a clear cut case of not selling what you are advertising yet PayPal dragged it out asking for them to comment which they didn't. Case rules in my favour and it doesn't end here- I must send it back PayPal do not refund return costs ( but trader is rogue?) and track able to china- so I am out of pocket. They refused to reply to PayPal so I was told I would be refunded. I am left out of pocket paying return to China for an item I didn't order- PayPal have made no attempt to cease allowing this rogue trader to use their service which gives people a false sense of security - personal experience the company proved unethical and rogue - and I recommend to stay clear of them and also triple check if paying via PayPal the company is at least based in the uk- postage isn't cheap returning items to china! A terrible company to deal with. The wig I was sent looked hideously false - something you'd order for Halloween but not expect to pay £80 for the nonsense privilege

I feel like ive been robbed to be frank. I received an email and responded on it same day - after paying and redeeming voucher I was then told the item was out of stock in all decent 6 colours and only had the choice of 2 poor colours left. Sorry - this shd have been highlighted before paying. I feel conned really
