I ordered a new front tire for my motorcycle (brand not disclosed). Ordering process was very streamlined and easy to navigate. Site is geared for the everyday rider, no degree needed. Unfortunately my tire came with a very heavy spot in the material, making it not possible to be balanced correctly. On the positive side of things, I called customer service and they opened a claim to replace my tire while I was still on the phone. Customer service is definitely a 5, but the product is a 2.

I received exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part. I contacted customer service and they got right back to me, authorized the return and sent me a shipping label. I reordered (the correct part) right away because you can't beat great customer service.

I appreciate your staff for making sure that the address was correct for shipping. I thought I replied to the email that was sent to me but Staff member also explained that if I reply not on the same thread the customer service team will not get it. Maybe the IT team can look into reply emails options because I hit reply from my phone. But overall I'm thankful for what staff members continue to do!

Revzilla selection is excellent, many levels of each product is available. Open box selections are a great deal! This is my go to for accessories and gear! The Bilt Techno 2 jacket is comfortable, and flows air well! Seems to have good protection, though a sturdier back protector may be needed.

Shopping was easy very convenient searching for bike specific parts however the style of masterlink for the chain was horrible I've never seen a master link that you have to BREAK TO LOCK IN PLACE 🤦🏾‍ other wise great products

As always great customer service, as i have come to expect from this company. I had ordered a helmet it had a blemish. I returned the helmet no issues and received the new helmet. Even got a credit for the issue. Too the helmet to the local cycle gear returned it and the money is already back on my account.

I got frequent updates on the status of my order, which was very helpful for planning. Leaving a 5 star review because I LOVE this website, i just wish more of a description of items and contents was provided on most things.

I am always pleased with the service that I get from Revzilla.
