Being able to return stuff that doesn't fit (which is common with all the different brands) is great, but having to pay between 10-20 dollars on every item is a pain. I've had to return pants and helmets numerous times despite using the sizing charts. And I always think twice before I buy things online, even from Revzilla because I'm going to have to pay $10-20 for nothing just to return things that don't fit as they should.

Part was as ordered and delivered on schedule. Works as it should.

I was surprised how quickly I received my order. The product video was very helpful in making my decision about ordering it. It is now installed on my bike and all went well

Been using Revzilla for years. The web site is easy to navigate and shipping is quick.

Ordered two tires from Revzilla, both showing in stock and shipping within 24 hrs. I received one but not the other and 3 days later still no shipping. Reached out to customer service and they still need to investigate. They offered me $20 but I asked the shipment be expedited when found instead. They would not do it. The $20 does me no good after the purchase is made. Now I need to wait another day to even find out where my tire is, cancel the appointment to get my tires done and likely not see my tire for at least another 5 to 7 days (since it is now up against the weekend). This is not the first time this has happened when ordering from them. Just be aware that you may not get your orders in the timeframe they outline.

Happy with products - they not only fit well and were exactly as advertised, but were also very comfortable. I would highly recommend this company, and will be shopping with them in the future.

Title says it all. Half price for an AS jacket is unheard of. It fits great and looks good, too.

Buying my first riding gear from revzilla was super easy and straight forward. It was simple to see all the options and jackets on the market in one place, and pick which one suited be best. And my order came before the expected delivery date which was very impressive. Will be purchasing some riding jeans next in a couple days, looking forward to doing business with Revzilla again.

The shield has great style. Definitely unique, which is what I was mostly going for. The three snaps are sturdy. I read the comments about the shield blowing off when looking backwards - while I could see this happening at highway speeds, I am typically using this helmet when I ride my mopeds. So I'm going 45mph max usually. Riding with this helmet in general on a highway is... not something I would recommend regardless, simply because it is not a full-face. Back to the shield. The chrome reflective version is cool, definitely a solid vibe with the red/sparkle helmet itself. The ONLY "problem" I have had with it isn't really an issue, but since I wear glasses it's a bit difficult to maneuver the helmet with the face shield on without getting my glasses all wonky. Fixed that by just squeezing my glasses in/under afterwards. I'm guessing this is a general issue for some helmets and people that wear glasses. But worth mentioning either way.

Little things matter a lot. Got the brake pad set today, somewhat roughed-up after being packed then shipped in an unpadded plastic bag. Disappointed after spending 284 dollars and not getting the thoughtfulness of striving towards customer satisfaction by the use of a recycled materials box and padding material. EBC produces decent brake pads at fair prices, I am 5-stars rating content with that.
