5 to 7 days before shipping is way to long. Most company ship within 12 hours or less.I inquired as to where my order was and it seemed like they where had no time for me.I really like my new glasses.
They're great once I was missing a few small parts when I called and showed them a picture they immediately sent me the missing parts thanks
...And thankfully RevZilla's customer support understands that. The "perfect" boots I chose, weren't the perfect fit. And as much as I wanted to keep them, they just didn't work for me. The return policy is easy and efficient.
They continue to be my go to source for all my motorcycling needs.
Revzilla has been a great source from beginning my journey as a rider and progressing into upgrading my gear for protection and more personalization. Great reviews from costumers and video reviews by the knowledgeable staff. Fast shipping is a plus as well.
Well, I was looking into the membership and it sounded good so I went on and bought it, to find out that it was really 2 day shipping. I had a set date to go out of town and had to jump a lot of hoops to cancel my order and buy these items from another company that offered the true 2 day's shipping. Be a little more clear on benefits. That's all
Been over 2 weeks and my gloves still haven't shipped

I recently purchased a pair of Tech 7 boots pictured white and yellow online and when they arrived they were blue and Orange. I ended up returning them and when I went to reorder they were out of stock. I've since purchased these boots on a different site.
I also ordered a gas tank that a although said it was orange in the description, was pictured as red (the color I wanted). When I opened the box it was not even close to the picture and was KTM orange.
Buyers just be aware that the pictures are not going to accurately represent the product you are ordering.

Had been eyeing the Merlin Yoxall II jacket for months and finally pulled the trigger. I was very psyched to be getting the perfect combo of functionality, protection and style. Recieved it and a snap came off the first time I put it on. One call, an email and a trip to the UPS store, and a replacement jacket arrived quickly. Awesome, responsive service - and a great jacket that has let me keep riding this winter. Revzilla rocks.
The ordering system is easy and efficient, and the shipping updates are very helpful. Thank you!
I purchased another pair of Sidi boots. RevZilla had what I wanted in my size and had it on my porch in record time.
As always very good service! Stuff arrived on time.
Revzilla has a huge presence in the motorcycling community. They have a large selection of products, fast shipping and easily reachable customer service reps. From my perspective, they are a leader in the motorcycle products space, at least in the US. However, they 100% filter their reviews. I wrote a few honest ones on products that weren't great (2-3 stars) that were never posted on their site. If they did that to me, they do that to others. In fact other reviews here have confirmed the same.
Also, they don't let you update earlier reviews so can't come back later and provide updates after longer product use. And they don't let you do another review if you already did one for the same product. Finally, their return process/policies aren't great. I have a few examples but the best one is when I was asked to take photos of a product that I was trying to return well within 30 days of purchase. This was for a product that came defective. Even if I used it, which I didn't, shouldn't I be able to return a defective product no questions asked?
Hi there!
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback.
Some product reviews need to be moderated before posting on site and a large backlog can build up, especially during our busy season. This means we’re playing catch up the rest of the year and some reviews can be missed. After all, we are human!
Rest assured, this is on our radar and we are actively working on a more efficient way of getting reviews posted a lot quicker.
Per our Return Policy, damaged packages and/or defective products are not standard returns, and need to be processed differently, which is why we ask you contact us right away in those cases. We require photos for other departments so the items can be processed properly once they reach our warehouse.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via cs@revzilla.com, give us a call at 877-792-9455 or chat in by going to revzilla.com/customer-service.
The online store is massive, but with mostly sub standard brands and items for sale. The prices are expensive compared to EU sellers like ChromeBurner, FC-Moto, Urban Rider, etc for the same thing. Even including shipping and customs the overall price difference is quite significant. They offer free shipping over a certain amount, but the shipping provider that they use is slow and more than likely to loose the packages, adding to final delivery times. I have had packages delivered from EU, with free shipping, and needing a customs clearance faster than ordering something from Revzilla. The customer support is generally helpful, but it's a hit or a miss depending upon your issue. The parent company for Revzilla has acquired CycleGear, and J&P Cycles as well leaving little to no price or product range competition.
Items claimed to be in stock were not and it's almost 3 weeks now they charged me immediately for a helmet and still just says processed
RevZilla sold me a pair of Shinko tires and the tread separated on the rear tire after only 600 miles. Neither RevZilla or Shinko stands by their product. Both companies are narrow minded. Motorcycle tire mileage is a quarter of the life of an auto tire. I'll never buy from either company ever again.
Cancelled my $1,062 order after no reason, just said I had to use money order or wire transfer.
Then the lady I called to resolve the issued said " I hate to make it sound like this but maybe you would be better off shopping somewhere else". Boy am I glad I gave them all of my PERSONAL information before they decided I wasn't worth their time. Now I am waiting on hold to see if it is even possible to cancel my account with my name, both addresses, phone number, bankcard information, utv model and bike model and whatever else they could grab with cookies. Would NOT trust these folks.
$8.00 for a 5 of o-rings not to bad. $9.28 to ship an envelope, not good. Shipping it a week later with sure post taking almost 2 weeks to get from PA to SC, Horrible... My first and last experience with Revzilla. I think most of their employees spend the day writing positive google reviews instead of filling orders.
They used to be my go to site for motorcycle parts and gear, but not anymore. They recommended an oil filter for my ride, then told me it won't fit my ride. Went to a 3rd party site to confirm. Nothing about it not being in stock until I ordered and paid for it, then they don't have it to ship. After 10 days, I bought one locally and changed my oil today. Still waiting on the one from RevZilla. Maybe it will get here before it's time to change my oil again. Ordered 90-degree valve stems that I need before I can mount my new tires, which shipped FREE from Dennis Kirk the same day and got here in 3 days. RevZilla charged me $7.99 in postage and then shipped them via smart post, which is probably the slowest method of shipping on the planet. Can't change the tires until the valve stems get here. 10 days after ordering, I'm still waiting. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
