Easy navigation to find parts for my gen 3 klr, found a great large top case that can fit two large helmets that looks great. I have new foot pegs, leovince muffler. And a gear shifter but haven't installed yet. Great riding gear too!
Purchased a new battery to replace existing, worked out perfectly. Also found out my current battery charger was for automotive vice motorcycles so purchased a compatible charger. Everything works exceptionally well and great quality. When talking on the phone with customer service, they were really friendly and extremely knowledgeable and ensured that I got the correct products for my needs. Will definitely shop here again!
Puchased a Puig headlight protector; it came assembled. All I had to do was mount it; which I did. After a 40 mile ride I returned home and 2 of the 5 screws fell out. Chatted with Revzilla customer service. They directed me to call Puig customer service. Which I did. The Puig rep asked to send an email. Which I did. That was about 3 weeks ago. Chatted with Revzilla (the retailer) again today and they said I could not return the defective product. Sent another email to Puig. Doubt that will go anywhere. Yup; it's only about $.50 worth of screws; but guess what; you're only as good as your last customer service experience. I've spent about $2k with Revzilla this year before this experience. And that's all
Their going to get from me. Actively searching for another online retailer. So yes; you will not be getting potentially thousands more $$$ from me because of 2 screws.

I recently ordered a new helmet, actually two. Not sure which to keep and wear, I called for help. They helped me to understand which fit better and why, then handled the return for the helmet which was not the right fit.
I ordered this pinlock insert to test on my Strada ii since there was no indication if the proper fitting item will ever be in stock. I've waited over a month at this point and it's disappointing that there is no indication of if there will ever be a replenishment of the Strada ii pinlock. It seriously devalues the Sedici brand if one of the main selling points cant be used.
Never new when part was being delivered. Tracking stated delayed and date would be scheduled soon. I never received a delivery date...part just showed up

Unfortunately once an item has been installed, it is considered used and can no longer be returned. In the instance of a defective product, the item would need to go through a warranty process which is handled directly by the manufacturer in the case of Puig. We apologize for the inconvenience.
