First order, shoes didn't fit. Tried to use the online chat function on the website to talk to their gear specialists about sending them back and finding ones that did - waited for almost an hour at "first in line, 3 minute wait" before I gave up and just made another order. I'm a new rider - ordered my first riding jacket/flannel and the armor of the SAME BRAND AS THE JACKET, and the shoulder armor didn't fit at all. I'll have to trim them to fit I guess, because sending products back to Revzilla costs almost half as much as the shoulder armor cost in the first place.
I was "number 1 in line" and the wait time on the live chat was 3 minutes, for nearly an hour before I gave up. I hope these boots fit, because the shoes I ordered were too small and I have to send them back.

Notch on the USB cylinder for the clip attachment too short. Didn't protrude (clear the fairing) opening far enough. Didn't save packaging for return.
Got everything in my order as requested, got my Large long sleeve shirt, washed it and now its pretty much a medium and the sleeves are halfway up my forearm. Not cool.

My order was cancelled and I only noticed when charge was removed from my checking account. I called to inquire and was told product was unavailable. Revzilla's website indicated 3 were in stock at the time. Cistomer service did end up resolving the issue after a few days. Not a great experience and will likely not return as a customer.

I had some trouble getting discount code entered but order product anyway. Called C/S following morning and they refunded the difference on the spot.
