It wasn't revzilla's fault but fedex is a mess and it took me calling and getting mad for them to actually deliver it since something about the shipping label got messed up. I was about to cancel the order and go somewhere else and it makes me not want to shop here again because of you guys using fedex.
I ordered this replacement because two of the keys broke back to back in the original Givi lock. With the new one I could immediately see they addressed the issue. The key became shorter and thicker. Replacement was quick and I now have a fully functioning Givi case.
I received my new fuel tank order the following day after I placed the order! Amazing delivery speed!
Once the item shipped I was able to track the item. I was not charged until the item shipped. I appreciate this as ebay does neither and allows customers to be ripped off
I'm happy with the tires I got. Haven't had time to ride 100 miles to break them in and actually review the product. I would like it if the revzilla site selected my tire size since they know it from the make and model. It's annoying in 2024 to have to jot down the size of my tires from one part of the revzilla site so I can select the right size on other part of the revzilla site - like it's 1998 or something.

Love revzilla, great selection and customer service. Won't buy boots or clothes here again though, charged $10 to ship back boots that were wildly uncomfortable. Would love to give RZ all my business, but Amazon has free returns for stuff like that. That being said, you still get a 5 star review for everything else.

I ordered an MX-9 helmet on a Wednesday at 7pm and paid extra for expedited shipping. By Friday afternoon I still hadn't received a shipping notice, so I called RevZilla and was told that it was shipping that day, but wouldn't be to my house until Monday... I was told that I "ordered past the shipping deadline on Wednesday." There is absolutely no information on the website that indicates there is any sort of expedited shipping time cut off, but apparently there is.
When I called customer service I was told this and was also told that I should have known that RevZilla doesn't ship on the weekend... I in fact did know this information and it was the entire reason I paid for expedited shipping. Thankfully I was given a refund for paying an expedited shipping fee for something that showed up 5 days later instead of in 2 days or less.
RevZilla needs to do 2 things:
1- Make it very clear to customers that their company has a time where they stop filling orders for the day. (I could have just ordered off Amazon)
2- Work with a shipping company that ships things on weekends. As an online retail company in 2024 it makes very little sense to only be shipping things 5 days of the week, or having a cutoff time for orders considering that most people only have the weekends or week nights to shop online.
