Using the usual resources, getting the correct Alpinestars toe slider replacements was supposed to a nightmare. I used the Revzilla site and ordered the sliders I thought I would need and they were right. This was simple, seamless and correct. I have no idea what the issue was with everyone else…

I had to return a clothing item for a different size. I returned the item, ordered the other size and got my new item and credit for the returned item in record time!

There were no instructions on how to remove and install the face shield.

Had issue after placing an order on a Friday evening, I realized that I ordered the wrong color handgrips. The dept was closed so I sent a detailed explanation hoping that I could get it corrected before it shipped. I was told that I would have to wait and receive the order and then return and reorder the correct item. I chose not to go that route. Also, I wish they would use UPS, fed ex is the worst and I live near their"home" hub in Memphis. Fed ex deliveries are never the day they should be delivered and do not attempt to take care of the packages

I've ordered so many parts for my klr650 that I'm not even sure what I ordered from you. If I ordered a muffler, it was very difficult to install the spark arrestor. It arrived severely bent out of shape and it took me a long time to get it back in shape. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have returned it.

Fast shipping came before it was supposed too. A++ would recommend.

I ordered a product and it arrived fast n no issues to and overseas location

I ordered a set of tires for my goldwing, purchased front and rear at the same time, one tire was shipped ups, the second was shipped FedEx recieved the front tire 5 days after ordering,,, recieved the rear, a week after the first one, and now that the weekend is upon us all shops around my area are closed from Friday evening until Tuesday morning,... can't understand why it takes 3 + weeks to do a set of tires.
This is the second experience I've had like this with RevZilla, when I purchased tires for a different bike.
