Each of my last two orders experienced shipping issues. The first was sent to the wrong address. The resolution was acceptable - another shipment was sent to the correct address. The delay in delivery caused only minor inconvenience. The second was more problemmatic. Two of the three items ordered were marked as shipped the same day they were ordered. I needed those two pair of riding pants for a ride the coming weekend and they were scheduled to arrive in plenty of time. Not only did they not arrive in time, but when I called to follow up after the ride, I discovered they were never actually shipped. I was told to call back in two days because nothing could be done until adequate time had passed to declare the shipment lost. So I cancelled the entire order and bought the pants elsewhere. Several days later, one pair of pants were delivered and a day later the other was. They were shipped after I cancelled the order!
Product was wayyyyyyyyyyy to small despite using the sizing chart and I was required to pay for the return. Wow! Why contact customer service when your website makes it clear the customer is required to pay for any returns...no matter what the problem. Learned my lesson despite being contacted by revzilla and having my return paid for, this time! Product is not as described! My 10 year old could not fit into thoughs shirts.

I order a wind shield for my motorcycle and the picture used was different than what I actually received. The wind shield still worked and I'll be using it, but they should honestly update their pic.

Ordered a giant loop water bag, one gallon. There was a note on the order page it may take extra time to receive the order. My riding buddy ordered one the next day. He hadn't received his yet, so he used chat on the Revzilla site. They said they would ship from an alternate supplier and credited him $15 for the delay. So great for him. But I received my order a couple days after him and I ordered a day earlier. So by not complaining to support I paid more money and it took longer to get.

Helmet appears to be an open box return. Customer Service Agent on the text claimed it was not. But box was not sealed, and the helmet was in a carrying bag - which was turned inside out. At the time I believed the helmet was defective because I could not get the visor to open. I was very leery about being too rough with it because I needed to return it if damaged. I felt opening the instruction book would also make the return harder. Agent on the text offered no help in opening the visor. I later found out from a salesman at Cycle gear - the Arai helmets have a two stage opening. One lift the black lever, 2 pull slightly away to disengage the last release. So helmet was probably fine. But by then I had initiated the return. In the end Revzilla returned my money and I purchased the same helmet from Cycle Gear store.
Had to call twice to figure out why I never received a tracking number for my order 7 days after I ordered it. Apparently the order was lost so sent me another one quickly. Received my order in 2 days. Shouldn't have had to call twice to get my order expedited, but other than that, everything's all good! Thanks
